Villa Oliveira is called so because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.

There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group, so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira. The large garden makes it a perfect space for relaxing, and there is an area for private off-road parking.

There is a spacious living area with a fireplace, and an adjoining dining room with seating for 8. The large french doors in both rooms give access to the large exterior garden and outside dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast area with a TV.

The property has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all set with double beds. There are also 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed that can be made up upon request, also making great spaces for children.

Both bedrooms on the ground floor open out onto the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms.

Further away, you can also visit the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round. You can also continue onto the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots.
