The lovely view from the terrace, to the golf course and lake, is very refreshing! The living/dining room has a table that sits up to 6 people (it can be expanded from 4 to 6) and a comfortable large sofa bed, flat screen tv and free internet.
Both bedrooms have a very comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and share a bathroom with bathtub on the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, expresso machine (Nespresso Vertuo), kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen has a small exterior patio.
The large shared pool is only a few meters walking.
Villa Point Break is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 10, and is located very centrally within the Praia D’el Rey Golf & Beach resort.
The villa overlooks the fifth hole and is only a 5 minutes’ walk to the Club House, and 10 minutes’ walk to the Hotel and beach.
Set on to floors, the villa has a large living area with sofas and television, with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom.
On second floor you have the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course and with sea view.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. The villa has wi-fi, electric blinds and also underfloor heating (available for an additional fee).

Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.

The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved.
