Casa la Luna Sands is furnished in a stylish and comfortable way, with a large terrace off the kitchen.
The ground floor of the house has a lounge with dining for 8 and opens to a small balcony. There is a large well equipped kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom and from the kitchen steps down lead you to a large terrace. The bedrooms are all on the first floor. There is a master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom and balcony. The second double bedroom also has a balcony and the third bedroom is with two single beds. There is also a second large family bathroom.

Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.
Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.
On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.
Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.
The Magonlia Villa is a very nice 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool located near the tennis courts.
The villa is completely furnished offering you all you need for your stay. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs, a TV, a woodburner, a glass dining table and chairs sitting confortably 8 persons. From the dining area you will access the kicthen, completely refurbished and equipped with: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, expresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Two of the bedroom are also on ground floor, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower on hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to exterior patios.
The other two bedrooms are on first floor, the master one, with double bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and small terrace overlooking the pool, and the the fourth bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and small terrace.
Outside you will find a lovely garden with private pool. Exterior table and chairs are available for a meal outside as will as cahirs and sunloungers to be able to enjoy the afternoons with the family!
Furnished in a comfortable, traditional style, this spacious villa in Praia d’el Rey would be a great choice for a holiday on Portugal’s Silver Coast. Set in an abundant, colourful garden, this villa has it’s own private swimming pool surrounded by decking, as well as a lawn area for relaxing or playing in the sun.
The open plan living and dining room is decorated in shades of cream and forest green and two sets of french doors open out to the sunny garden and pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and also opens out to the garden. On the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom and large french doors which open out to the garden.
Upstairs the master bedroom, decorated in warm shades of terracotta, has a large ensuite bathroom, a dressing area and french doors which open out to a balcony over looking the garden. The second double bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom and french doors which open out to a balcony.
Villa do Jardim is located close to the entrance of Praia del Rey with the tennis centre a short walk away and the Club House, 1st tee and driving range around a 5-10 minute walk. The beach and the facilities of the Marriott Hotel are a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes by car. Free WiFi is included.

Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.
Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.
There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.
On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests. Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.
Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.
Villa Oliveira has free WiFi and outside there is outside dining for 8. It is less than a 10 minute drive to reach the village of Ferrel where there are some great restaurants and bars to visit. The beach and surf spots at Baleal are a couple on minutes further, and Peniche and Super Tubos and around a 15 minute drive.

On entering this Beach Village Penthouse apartment at Praia d’el Rey you are immediately drawn to the expansive views over the beach and the ocean from the large set of sliding glass doors that open out to a full width balcony. there are also sliding glass doors that take you out to a spacious terrace with dining for 4 and 2 sun loungers. The large living and dining room is furnished to a very high standard. The master bedroom is furnished beautifully with accents of zingy lime and again large sliding glass doors mean you a never without the sensation views. The master bedroom also has is an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and is again furnished to a very high standard. There is a separate shower room next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. This apartment also has free WiFi and there is a large swimming pool, heated from May to September for you to enjoy.
This beachfront apartment is located within the Beach Village or Vila da Praia at Praia d’el Rey. This is a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Obidos. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.
There is a large swimming pool available for your use. The new Beachfront plaza is just next door with a grocery store, ice-cream parlour, cafe and Clube Aventura. Restaurant ‘Mare’ featuring a large terrace overlooking the beach and ocean, specialises in seafood and sushi is a short walk away (A children’s menu is also available here). 10 minutes drive takes you to the Obidos Lagoon which is great for water sports, walks and bird watching and the shallow waters here are perfect for children.
Vila da Praia 462-A5 is a top floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf and pool views.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a balcony also accessible from the living area. The second bedroom by the entrance has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom on hallway, with shower.
The kitchen opens directly to dining/living area and is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron board and iron available as well as an hairdryer.
The living/dining area is nicely decorated. It has a pellet burner, a table and chairs sitting 6 people and laso 3 high chairs, two comfortable sofas and one armchair. The terrace overlooking the pool, has a table and chairs for a meal outside.
The large windows offer a great view to ocean, golf course and also the shared pool (heated from May to September). The apartment has free wi-fi.
