Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.
Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.
On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.
Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.
Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.
Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.
There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.
On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests. Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.
Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.
Villa Oliveira has free WiFi and outside there is outside dining for 8. It is less than a 10 minute drive to reach the village of Ferrel where there are some great restaurants and bars to visit. The beach and surf spots at Baleal are a couple on minutes further, and Peniche and Super Tubos and around a 15 minute drive.
Top Floor Apartment with sea view balcony, located in Vila da Praia, only 300m from the beach
It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds each and wardrobe, sharing a bathroom on the hallway with shower. In one of the bedrooms the beds can be also prepared as a double. The master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and access to the terrace overlooking the shared heated pool (June to September) and the sea.
The kitchen opens to the dining room and is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.
The living / dining room with sea view has plenty of light due to sliding windows, has 2 comfortable sofas with 2 seats, coffee table, fireplace, television and dining table with 6 chairs.
On the terrace, accessed by both the bedroom and living-room, you will find a table and chairs for a meal outside enjoying the sun and the beautiful sea view. The property has wi-fi connection.

This 3 bedroom townhouse, located within the gated condominium of Vila dos Principes sharing 3 heated pools (May to September), is beautifully furnished.
With two bedrooms on 1st floor both with double beds, large wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking one of the shared pools and garden. The third bedroom downstairs, has two single beds, door/window to garden and acess to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

This 3 bedroom townhouse locates in a small condominim of only 16 townhouses, at the entrance of Praia D’El Rey.
There is one bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor with access to a bathroom with shower next door. The other two bedrooms are on first floor each set as doubles and share a large balcony overlooking the pine trees. The master has its own private bathroom with shower and bathtub and the other bedroom has a bathroom with shower.
