We are sure you have a list of queries you wish to clear before going ahead with your reservation. Please find follows some of the Frequent Asked Questions:

Are pets allowed in the properties ?

Most properties/condominiums do not accept pets, so in case you wish to bring a pet contact us and we will let you know which properties allow this.

Is smoking allowed in the properties ?

You are not allowed to smoke in the properties. Some properties do provide ashtrays which you can use outside the property.

Can we invite friends over ?

Please note that each property has a maximum number of guests, but you can invite friends for a meal. Please note they won’t be able to sleep over or use the property facilities such as swimming pool etc, only those named on your booking confirmation. However we do appreciate that you inform us before in case you expect friends to visit you during your stay.

Do we need to clean the property at departure ?

Final clean is included on rental value, however we do request you to take the trash out and leave the property in a decent condition. Please note that the property must be prepared for another arrival the same day.

Do we need to bring our own towels and bed linen ?

No. Each property includes its own linen and bath towels. We will prepare the necessary beds and leave one set of towels for each person of the group.

Some properties also have beach towels available, so please confirm this with us, once you have chosen your holiday property.

Are utilities included on the rental value ?

We confirm electricity and water are included on the rental payment on all seasons. However the gas consumption is not included on the low season, from November to March whenever the central heating is used. We read the meter with you on arrival and departure and payment is made accordingly.

What is the minimum stay requirement ?

All our properties have a minimum stay of 3 nights during low season (November to March) and medium season (April to June, September and October) and a minimum of 7 nights during the high season (July and August).

Are the photos on property page of the property we have chosen ?

Yes, the photos you see on each reference are of the property you will find on your arrival.  The gardens and pool photos will also be of the property condominium’s.

Who should we call if we have a problem during our stay ?

When you arrive we will provide you  with a guide that includes a list of emergency contacts.

In case there is a problem with the property, you have to contact us and we will do our best to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Where do we collect the keys ?

Keys are to be collected from our office. We will send you directions once the booking is fully paid and agree arrival time with you.

How do I get to the property ?

After we meet in the office for key collection, we will take you to the property you have booked.

What are the Check-in/Check-out times ?

Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out time is till 10 am.

If there is not a departure or arrival the same day, we will do our best to be as flexible as possible with these times, but please let us know your expected arrival/departure times and we will confirm this during your stay.

Please note that arrivals are made between 4 pm and 9 pm. In case you arrive later than this, there will be an extra charge.

Is there a charge for late arrivals ?

Yes. Arrivals made between 9 pm and midnight will have a charge of 25,00 € and after midnight 50,00 €.

Do you require a security deposit ?

Yes we do require a security deposit of 300 euro in case of any breakages or damages caused to the property. The security deposit will be returned once the property is inspected after departure.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Payments can be made either by credit cards, bank transfer, bank deposit or cheques.

When do I need to pay to secure my booking ?

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellations. Please note that booking is not confirmed untill we receive the deposit.

Remaining 75% should be made 6 weeks prior to arrival – we will send out a reminder a few days before.

How do I make a reservation ?

To make a reservation is simple. Once you choose the property you prefer, send us a message using the form on property page and we will get back to you with availability and prices confirmation. If the property chosen is not available we will inform you of similar properties that might be available for the dates required.

Once all is agreed a booking form will be sent to you with property details and payment methods, for you to complete with required information.
