Named for the red coloured rocks and cliffs that edge the beach just north of this house, Red Rock Beach House is perfect for beach lovers and surfers.

The living room and well equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor with doors from the kitchen out to the courtyard with out door soft seating. Located on the top floor the master bedroom has two balconies on opposite sides of the room both with spectacular views of the ocean. The room also has a beautiful domed ceiling and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom in bright green also has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom in warm pink has a bathroom next door with a shower over bath.

If you love spending your days on the beach this is the perfect house for you, minutes from the beach and the numerous beach bars in Baleal. Beach access is a minute away down the sand dune cliffs to the beach, or a couple of minutes further along the road to the sand. It would also be a great base for a surf holiday on the Silver Coast – surfers come to check out the conditions from the cliff just in front of this house where you can see the waves at Lagide, Almagreira and most spots all the way up to Praia d’el Rey.

Baleal Beach is fast becoming the centre of the surf scene on Portugal’s Silver Coast. The huge bay stretched from Baleal round to Peniche in one direction and miles of golden sand stretch into the distance in the other. The beach is life-guarded in peak season and there are lots of beach bars, restaurants and surf schools in the area.

Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.

There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.

On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests.
Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.

Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.

Bom Sucesso and Rei Cortiço beaches are a short 5min drive away. For Golfers, the villa is just 5min from both Royal Obidos Golf and Westcliffs Golf courses, 10min from Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf and 15min from Praia d’El Rey Golf.

Several restaurants are within a 3km radius. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is also a fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach additional beach bars and restaurants at Foz.
