This 3 bedroom townhouse is set in a quiet area of the resort, surrounded by the green lawns and trees of the golf course, with views to 7th fairway. The shared pool is only a few meters away across the road, where you will find a clean and relaxing space with sun loungers available for the use of the guests.
When you first enter the house, you’ll find the fully equiped kitchen on the right, with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The hallway will take you to the dining room and living room, with three comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, and a dining table which seats 6 people. The two french doors, which allow the sunshine to go in, lead you to a quiet exterior patio with seating and sunloungers, with views to the beautiful surrounding nature.
On the ground floor you will also find one of the three bedrooms, set with two single beds and access to a bathroom with shower across the hallway. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a private balcony; the second bedroom has a double bed, with access to an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony as well.
Set within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, Burgo D. Sebastião is a cluster of apartments and townhouses situated close to the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast
This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.
Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.
At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Great home with a beautiful view of the golf course. Good furniture including for the backyard, comfortable beds and plenty of dishes and quality appliances. Walking to the nearest restaurant as well as the golf course takes about 10 minutes, but the beach is another 20 minutes down the road. The mini market in the community is not in a walkable distance.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances La maison était parfaite et tout confort Parfaitement équipée Le lieu est paisible La piscine est top avec son 1m30 de profondeur ce qui permettait à nos 2 enfants de jouer en toute sécurité Nous recommandons sincèrement et une chose est sûre nous reviendrons. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée et en français ce qui a était un plus pour nous ☺️
