This apartment on the ground floor, is located in Vila da Praia, just 300 meters walking to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, the master with double bed and private bathroom and direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool (heated from May to September) . The second bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom is just on the hallway.
The kitchen opening to the dining room, is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and has a small table and chairs.
The living / dining room has plenty of light due to sliding windows and has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, fireplace, television, and dining table with 6 chairs. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.
This two bedroomed apartment is nicely furnished. The living/dining area have two sets of french doors opening out onto a balcony and terrace with outside dining. The kitchen that opens directly to dining area is completly equipped.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also opens out to the balcony and a second twin bedroom has french doors overlooking rolling sand dunes and bathroom just accros the hall. The large pool a few steps down is heated from May to September.

The garden and specifically, the boundary with the golf course is left very natural. At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting either side.
