This two floors villa situates near the entrance of Praia D’El Rey, 2 minutes walking to tennis center and about 5 minutes walking to Clubhouse, children’s playground and driving range.
The villa with electric shutters in all rooms, has 4 bedrooms 3 of them with en-suite bathrooms and the fourth one with the bathroom next door.
Two of the bedrooms area on ground floor, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and the second one with two single beds, both with double doors giving access to garden and pool. On the second floor you will find two other bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and direct access to large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, perfect for sunbathing.
The very comfortable living/dining room also on ground floor has table and chairs for 8, 2 sofas, satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen is very modern and is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a high worktop with stools as a breakfast area, overlooking the swimming pool.
The patio has a built in barbeque, a table and chairs, three sofas and table as well as sun loungers. The pool with 8,5mx4m has a child safety fencing around. The property has wireless internet.

Gostamos da propriedade. A piscina foi o ponto forte da diversão dos mais novos. Ambiente muito tranquilo e sem ruídos perturbadores.
As moscas acompanharam a nossa estadia mas seria impossível não aparecerem no enquadramento deste empreendimento, porque está envolvido num ambiente rural.
Destaca-se a proximidade a praias agradáveis e uma praia dentro do complexo bastante simpática.
Bom para caminhadas descontraída.
Os equipamentos corresponderam às nossas expectativas e necessidades.

Thanks for the amazing holidays!!! I have been taking rest at this villa with my husband, his parents and sister for 2 weeks. We liked there so much! This is a very snug and neat home. The house has four very nice rooms with own bathrooms, a big living room, kitchen, veranda, barbeque, swimming pool and a shed where you can find balls, different toys for children and surfboards. In every bathroom there are towels (for the beach and for shower), toilet paper and soap. I like the idea of placement candles everywhere even in bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and I like very much the design of the rooms. All rooms are different. Every room is designed of some color. The living room on the first floor has a chimney, two sofas, a big table with chairs, an armchair and TV with DVD. The kitchen is just amazing! I’m sure that every woman will like it. There you can find everything! A coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, mugs, towels, cutlery and a fridge, of course=) and many many other. You can eat on the veranda, there is a big table near the barbeque. I liked to have breakfast outdoor, because the air there is fantastic! A smell of eucalyptus, pinetree… and the ocean. The swimming pool is always clean and the water is warm. I recommend you this place and sure that you won’t be disillusioned!

We had amazing vacations, thank you Natalya. The house is very cosy and it is well-furnished. I’m used to cook and I have never faced some kitchen equipment was missing. Our toddler girl found lots of fun there and no unsafe things.
During our 2-weeks stay we got lots of pleasant habits we gonna miss. We liked to sit in the evening at the patio. We liked to cook extraordinary Portugal fish in the special outdoor oven. We liked our walks to the ocean (15 minutes away) in the morning or evening time. We liked to read on the balcony enjoying great view of the golf courts. We liked all those small villages next to the Praya Del Rei.
I need to mention a great infrastructure nearby. Lots of great sightseeings are located 30-minutes drive from the house, including the Templar Castle, 12-th century сloisters, Obidos, etc. The closest city – Peniche – has an ancient city wall, surf places and many great restaurants with fresh fish. Another small nearby city – Caldos – has a great market, many restaurants and 2 parks with museums and playgrounds.

Great place! Beautiful neighborhood, close to ocean, surfing beach and golf course. Pretty close to a dozen of historical monuments including Obidos medieval fortress and Tomar Templar castle. This villa is very neat and clean, has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Solid 5 stars!

Stayed at Villa Rosie for two weeks in August this year. The whole experience from booking to checking in was simple, very clear and stress free. The owner Natalia kept us informed all the way. Priscilla was a credit, as she looked after us for the 2 weeks. Villa was spotless, easily catered for all 9 members of my family. A car is needed, however the club house food and hospitality was fantastic and within walking distance. The golf course was one of the best I’ve played and had amazing views. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

Perfect villa, spacious, clean, modern, superb pool, terrace, barbecue….. some 10 mns walk to the beach, interesting places to visit (Obidos, Peniche, Lisbon) close. Shortly saying: perfect spot for magnificent holidays with friends. Highly recommended!!!

This is a fantastic property with great indoor and outdoor facilities. The highlight is the swimming pool and seated area beside it with BBQ. Very enjoyable villa to stay at, all rooms are generous in size, and the 1st floor terrace is awesome.

We stayed in villa Rosie for July,2 adults and 3 children.Villa Rosie is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The villa was perfect for our family.The swimming pool was gated which was very important for us. We asked for a stair guard and received one the next day. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay.The house is very close to a lovely playground. we would definitely recommend this property.

We were a family group of six adults and three children,two aged two and one aged six.We chose Villa Rosie because the pool was safety fenced and the garden had a large barbecue with a big outdoor dining area.The villa has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms so there was plenty of space for everyone.The kitchen was large and well equiped and the sitting /dining room was roomy enough for all of us. Everything was provided and was of good quality including the towels, and bed linen.The garden was well fenced and safe with a lawn area for the children. We were late arriving due to horrendous weather but Priscilla was very kind and her colleague took us from the office straight to the villa.The central heating was a great bonus as we hit a bad week weatherwise.Priscilla visited to make sure we were happy & we had a welcome change of towels halfway through our stay.. We were 5 mins drive from the nearest beach but found the lagoon safer for the children.We visited Obidos which is lovely and Nazare is fabulous as well as Caldas de Raina and Peniche. Serra d’el Rei is 5 mins drive and has a good supermarket and wonderful bakery/coffee shop. We had a really enjoyable week,despite the weather and will certainly visit again

We were 2 families staying in Villa Rosie for 10 days. We had never been on holiday together so we all knew that 8 people staying under the one roof could be a bit of a challenge. To our pleasant surprise Villa Rosie welcomed us with open arms and was a perfect home for us for those 10 days. The villa was very well laid out with ample space for everybody. All bedrooms had excellently equipped bathrooms which added to the ease of living. We got towel changes every 3 days. Both the Kitchen and living room were very well equipped but what we all loved most was the beautiful Veranda and swimming pool area. Eating al fresco was so enjoyable. Praia del Rey is very different to any other resort we have visited and while it has over a 1,000 dwellings on it the facilities are not the best. It is primarily geared to the Golfing Holiday. There is a fine Club house which was quite pricey for drinks and food. There is only one shop on the site and one restaurant. Both of which are located at the beachfront end of the resort. All three facilities were closed for business during our stay due to financial difficulties, However changes were underway and as we were leaving all 3 were due to open within the week under new management. Hopefully things will improve. The beach on the resort has its dangers and we were advised not to swim there as the currents can be quite strong. It is a beautiful beach and lovely to sit on or walk on but the waves are very big so wading is about all you can do if your not into surfing etc. We went Baleal Sol beach. It is 15 mins drive from the house. This beach is a lovely one with good facilities. A beer and coffee €2…… in one of the bach bars. For Older teenagers this is where the night life is at so taxis may be required. The tennis courts were located near Villa Rosie and we used them a few times. It is €50 for 3 hours for one court and rackets are €4.50 to rent so it can add up if you want to play a lot of tennis. Serra del Rey is about a 10 min drive away. There is a good bakery 2 small supermarkets and 3 restaurants. The restaurant by the supermarket does excellent pizza that you can take away. Dining in this restaurant is very reasonable also. Obidos is about 15 mins drive and a lovely place to visit. Peniche is a fishing port with a number of seafood restaurants 20 mins drive. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosie. it was quiet during our stay so the teenagers were a bit disappointed as they never met any others their age. But luckily they had each other for company. I definitely would not have gone their with just our own kids as they would have been quite bored. Villa Rosie is a perfect Holiday rental for a group of 8. .

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Rosie. The house was beautiful and very well looked after. We had everything we needed and the staff at the local agency was very helpful. The only thing I would mention is that is very dependant on the car and the people who can’t drive felt a little stuck. But overall very nice. We enjoyed going to the Baleial beach very much

We stayed at Villa Rosie (Rua D. Catarina de Austria 5, Obidos) located at Praia Del Rey. Excellent neighborhood next to Marriott Golf and beach resort.The house has 4 full rooms with full bathroom in each room and the house is well decorated. Full kitchen and also swimming pool with two huge terrace. Villa Rosie located in beautiful and safe neighborhood the only thing you need if you want to explore the town is a car. We highly recommend this beautiful house.
