Amazing 4 bedroom villa with private pool and garden, set on a very quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Resort

This beautiful two-floor villa is warmly decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and trees surround the house, giving it a relaxing getaway feeling and allowing you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs facing the TV and woodburner, and a glass dining table for 8 people. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, completely refurbished and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two of the bedroom are also on the ground floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to the exterior patios.

The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is set with a double bed, has a closet, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a small terrace overlooking the pool, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom and a small terrace.

Outside you will find a lovely garden with private pool. Exterior table and chairs are available for a meal outside as will as chairs and sunloungers to be able to enjoy the afternoons with the family!

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
