Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, this recently refurbished 3 bedroom villa is very spacious and stylishly decorated. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course and golf lake, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

When you first enter the property, you’ll find a large living and dining area, decorated in tones of blue and wood. The dining table sits 8 people, and the living area has a comofortable sofa with chairs facing the fireplace. There are large french windows leading onto the exterior patio, with a lounge area on one side and a dining area on the other. The property is surrounded by large landscaped bushes, giving you privacy when enjoying the large swimming pool, with sunloungers available.

Next to the dining area is the kicthen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. Through the kitchen you can also access the exterior patio.

Two of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, both set with a double bed and with access to the exterior. One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and the other has access to the family bathroom. The third room is on the first floor, set with a double bed and with access to an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
