Inside a spacious living room with double patio doors opens out onto the terrace, from which you can easily watch the children in the pool. The living room has a large flat screen TV, two comfortable sofas and an easy chair along with ample dining for six. Both bedrooms have twin divan type beds (easy to combine into a double bed if required). There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room next door and the master bedroom with ensuite is on the first floor with french doors opening onto a sunny and sheltered balcony that has views of the pool and gardens.

Case d’el Rey is located within Vila dos Principes, a prestigious gated community within Praia del Rey. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. There are also two smaller childrens swimming pools as well. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range and practice, the Clubhouse, and the children’s playground are all moments away. The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
