Villa dos Pinhos is a large, contemporary style villa set in a peaceful location surrounded with pine trees. The villa is a short walk from the natural tranquillity of Obidos Lagoon, close to pristine beaches and easy access to four world class golf resorts.

The villa is bright and fresh with large windows that allow natural light to flood in and make the most of the calming views of trees around the property. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are on the ground floor and two double bedrooms are on the first floor. Designed to offer flexible living, the villa has two kitchens and open plan living areas on both the ground floor and the first floor, making it an ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas.

Villa dos Pinhos has a large fully enclosed garden. Off the ground floor living area, there is outside dining with a barbecue and steps that lead up to the pool area which features an infinity edge allowing water to cascade down. The pool can be heated on request.

A sunny large terrace on the upper level offers space for relaxing, overlooking the pool on one side and the Obidos Lagoon on the other. There is a large covered off-street parking available at the front of the villa.

The villa is in a quiet, residential area, just a short 5min walk to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at various nearby water sports schools.

Bom Sucesso and Rei Cortiço beaches are a short 5min drive away. For Golfers, the villa is just 5min from both Royal Obidos Golf and Westcliffs Golf courses, 10min from Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf and 15min from Praia d’El Rey Golf.

Several restaurants are within a 3km radius. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is also a fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach additional beach bars and restaurants at Foz.

Finally, the market spa town of Caldas da Rainha, the magical, medieval walled town of Obidos and Peniche are all less than 30min away.
