4-bedroom family villa with lovely garden and pool!

This 4 bedroom villa was recently refurbished, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

The living/dining room room has two comfortable sofas and a chair, smart TV, woodburner and dining area with table and chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and coffe machine (filter and expresso). From the kicthen you can access the terrace with barbqeque and table and chairs for a meal outside by the pool.

All bedrooms 2 on ground floor and 2 on first floor have bathrooms, 3 en-suite and 1 with bathroom on hallway.

The master bedroom on first floor with a sunny private terrace, has a double bed, wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double basin, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom also on first floor, has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and large wardrobe. The other two bedrooms, on ground floor have windows opening to patio. One of them has a double bed, with a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet and the other one two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower in the corridor near the bedroom.

The large and well exposed pool, has sunloungers available. The terrace by the living room has confortable sofas to enjoy the secluded garden.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
