This 3 bedroom townhouse is minutes away from the beach, with its shared infinity pool facing the Praia d’el Rey golf course and lake.
When you enter the house, you’ll find two sets of stairs: one to go up to the first floor where you’ll find the bedrooms, and one to go down to the living and dining room and kitchen. The living and dining room is comfortably decorated with two large sofas facing the TV and woodburner, and a table for 6 people. The french doors open out to the patio and garden where you can appreciate the lovely view to the pool and the golf course.
The kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, has also French doors opening to patio with a built-in barbeque. There is also a WC and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom, set with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with great views to golf course, lake and sea. The second bedroom is set with a double bed and the third with two single beds, both sharing a family bathroom.
Burgo D. Sancho II is a small cluster of townhouses situated on one of the main roads of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the 5 star Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants, and at about 300m from the beach. The condominium has parking spaces available in front of each property, and has access to a large shared infinity pool facing the golf course. The Club House and first tee are located a 10 minute walk away.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast
This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.
Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.
At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Très bien
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Maison spacieuse et propre, avec tout le nécessaire. 1 chambre un peu bruyante car coté route. Malheureusement, la météo n’a pas été clémente. Nous avons tout de meme profité de la piscine grande et agréable et de la vue magnifique sur le golf et sur l’océan depuis la terrasse. Le contact avec l’hôte a été bon et facile. Nous recommandons.

Family fun in the sun
We had a fabulous 9 nights. Brilliant large 20m pool right outside the villa pretty much. Walking distance from the beach which had great surfing waves and lifeguards too. Good facilities on the golf course resort too with tennis, sports area, driving range etc all close by with a very short drive.

Utmärkt sommarställe
Praia D’el Rey är ett utmärkt allternativ för sommar semester. fantastiskt väder som är lagom varmt på dagarna och svalt och skönt på kvällarna. Magiska ständer och vyer. Huset har allt man behöver och i utmärkt skick. Golfbanan är i toppklass och green fee är rimlig.
