A beautiful bright and vibrant villa ideal for a family holiday or group of friends looking to enjoy all this area of Portugal has to offer

The ground floor in Villa Vita has an open plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, each with direct access to the surrounding private garden and swimming pool (which can be heated on request) and private off-street parking. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a utility room and guest bathroom. On the first floor is the large master bedroom and second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and both opening out to a private terrace that has the sun all day. Villa Vita also offers free WiFi.

On entering the villa you come into a spacious entrance hall. In front of you is the living and dining room furnished with accent shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living / dining room 3 sets of french doors take you outside to the pool and the garden. There is a large lawn area to each side of the villa, plus a large terrace, built in barbecue and outside dining seating 6.

One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern in style and a separate utility room has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs you have a twin bedroom furnished in crisp white and navy blue. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are french doors that take you out to a large sunny terrace. The terrace is also accessible from the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and also an en-suite bathroom.

The villa will typically be prepared with a double bed on the ground floor, twin beds on the first floor and a king size bed in the master bedroom. If required, the king size bed can be divided in to 2 single beds. The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double bed so there is very flexible accommodation available here.

Pool heating if required has an additional charge per week.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
