Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with a recently built swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean.

The living room is very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and armchairs and large french doors giving access to the terrace. The separate dining room set between the living room and kitchen has a round table and seating for 8 people, facing the large windows with views to the golf course and the sea. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, two fridges/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two of the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has a double bed, private balcony and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and access to the shared balcony overlooking the golf course.

The fourth bedroom is on the basement, set with two single beds and with access to an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The spacious basement has a living area with a large sofa, TV and a corner sofa for a relaxing reading moment. There are large french doors letting a lot of sunlight in and giving access to the beautiful swimming pool and garden.

The pool was recently built and has an automatic cover and possibility to be heated at an additional charge. The beautiful landscaped garden has bushes giving you privacy while enjoying the pool without blocking the view. There are several sunloungers surrounding the pool area perfect for sunbathing.

Burgo D. Afonso III is a large cluster of villas set behind the Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants, and just next to the golf course and the sandy beach. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are a couple of minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot.

The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
