2 Bedroom townhouse with views to Atlantic ocean and golf, on the beachfront of Praia Del Rey
This townhouse is located in a secluded area of the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean and the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool at only 10 meters from the door, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests.
When you first enter the house, you’ll find the very bright living/dining room, with a large sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV, woodburner, and a dining table for 6. The french doors give access to the exterior patio with outdoor seating and sun loungers to enjoy a meal outside, the sun and the peaceful views.
The open kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes and its private bathroom with bath and shower, and fantastic views to the golf, Atlantic Ocean and Berlengas Island. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a bathroom with shower, on the hallway.
The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast
This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.
Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.
At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Großzügiges und sauberes Haus.
Alle Beschreibungen tragen voll zu. Sehr gut organisierter Empfang und Übergabe. Auch die Anlage mit Poool sowie die Nähe zum Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Es war eine tolle Zeit, man sollte sich einiger Punkte bewusst sein. Für Einkaufen etc. braucht man ein Auto. Auch Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt es wenige, nur ein recht teures. Zudem sollte man etwas wettterfest sein, denn an der Atlantikküste ist es erheblicher kühler als im Landesinneren oder im Süden Portugals. Wir hatten Glück und 25-29 Grad im August.

Einfach grandios !!!!
Wir haben in allerallerbester Lage eine wunderbare riesengroße und blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Diese war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Getoppt wurde das Ganze mit einem regelmäßigen Handtuch und Bettwäschewechsel. Suddenly hat alles super gemanagt für uns und war uns darüberhinaus bei einer Reifenpanne sehr behilflich. Für uns vier waren es super tolle Ferientage. DANKE

Super ausgestattete FeWo in einer angenehmen Anlage mit Blick auf den Atlantik
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist super gut ausgestattet – mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Top-OLED-TV. Zum Pool sind es nur 10m und die ganze Anlage drum herum ist sehr gepflegt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war trotz Covid-19 ganz unkompliziert – wir wurden sehr nett mpfangen, und bei der Abreise wurde uns angeboten später auszuchecken, da an dem Tag keine neuen Gäste erwartet wurden.
