Beautiful first floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf, and pool views in the Beach Village condominium
This recently refurbished apartment is located within the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean, with the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests. The apartments position makes it so every room has a beautiful view.
When you first enter the house, you’ll find the kitchen on your left, fully equipped with hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is a small breakfast area.
The kitchen opens onto the bright living and dining room, with two comfortable sofas facing the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people. Large french doors give access to a small balcony with outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying a meal outside with the sun and peaceful views to the golf course and Atlantic ocean.
The master bedroom is very spacious, with a double bed, a wardrobe, and its own private bathroom with bath and shower, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a family bathroom with shower.
The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast
This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.
Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.
At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Great holiday!
Lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. The owners were very helpful – we had one request, which was non-essential but made things a bit more comfortable for us, and they dealt with it straightaway. Thank you Priscila!
