This one-floor villa is decorated a vintage Portuguese style, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and green lawns surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool (8x4).

The living room is very spacious and bright, opening out onto the pool and garden. There are two comfortable sofas and armchairs surrounding the fireplace and TV, and the vintage style makes it a cozy space to relax indoors. Behind the living space is the semi-separated dining area, with a large table for 10 people, and access to the outdoor space.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry room, with a washer and a dryer and access to a small patio in the back.

The master bedroom is set with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom. There is a children’s bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom, set with a single bed that has a pull-out bed underneath and a bunk bed, making the room have space for 4 people. The third bedroom has a double bed and access to the bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Outside, there are two separate patio spaces, the bigger one facing the pool with a dining table and barbeque. The pool is surrounded by lawn, perfect for sunlounging.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
