Beautiful top-floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf, and pool views in the Vila da Praia condominium

This apartment is located within the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean, with the beach easily accessible on foot. A few steps down is the big shared pool, usually heated from May to September, with sunloungers available for the use of our guests.

This duplex has an inverted floor plan, with the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and the living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor. The first bedroom had a double bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds and access to the family batroom.  only a few minutes walking to the beach, enjoys of views of golf course and Atlantic ocean.

The living and dining room is bright and spacious, with two comfortable sofas facing the TV, and a dining table for 6 people, Through the large windows is a small balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the pool and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

In the upper floor you’ll find a rooftop terrace with a barbeque, outside dining space, and sunloungers, with a panoramic view of the ocean, the beach and the golf course, where you can enjoy a meal and beautiful sunsets. There is also access to a WC.

The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This 3 bedroom townhouse is set in a quiet area of the resort, surrounded by the green lawns and trees of the golf course, with views to the lake. The large shared pool, which is heated from May to September, is accessed through a cobbled path, with a shared built-in barbeque.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious hallway. On the right, through an archway, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine. The living  and dining room, at the end of the hallway,  is nicely decorated, with two comfortable sofas and armchair, a fireplace, smart TV and two large doors giving access to the shared garden and the terrace with an exterior table and chair for a nice meal outside. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat six people and access to the garden as well.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find one bedroom with two single beds, with access to a bathroom with shower next door. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one towards the entrance of the apartment.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious entrance hall. The cozy living and dining room is completely furnished with two comfortable sofas, facing the TV and fireplace, and a round table for 4 people. The french doors give direct access to three sunny terraces with pool view, one with outdoor dining and the other with sun loungers.

This 4 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find the dining room, separated from the living room with a floating wall, with seating for 8 people. The large and comfortable living room has three spacious sofas, facing the fireplace and TV. The large double doors give access to the exterior patio with outdoor dining, a built in barbeque and 6 sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine (filter and espresso) and kettle.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, set with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: two bedrooms are set with 2 single beds, each sharing a bathroom with bathtub; the master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with pool and garden view.

Set within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, Vila dos Príncipes is a very secure and sociable cluster of apartments and townhouses situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, making it especially ideal for families. There are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October.

The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The 5 star Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away, and the sandy beach is less than or 5 minutes away by car.

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
