This 3 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools.

The property is warmly decorated, with lots of sun light, and just two steps from one of the shared swimming pools. When you first enter the house, you’ll find a very spacious living and dining room, with high ceilings, set with two comfortable sofas and matching armchair, a flat screen TV, a fireplace and a dining table which seats 6 people. The large doors opening to the quiet exterior patio give access to the barbeque area, and the beautiful green garden.

The hallway will take you to the kitchen, fully equiped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.

On the ground-floor you will also find one of three bedrooms, set with two single beds and access to a bathroom with shower next door. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool, golf and gardens, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower-tub and the other with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to a private furnished balcony as well.

Set within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, Vila dos Príncipes is a very secure and sociable cluster of apartments and townhouses situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, making it especially ideal for families. There are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated dyring the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October.

The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The 5 star Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away, and the sandy beach is less than or 5 minutes away by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

3 Bedroom Townhouse very well furnished set in a quiet location

This townhouse is located amongst beautifully gardens in the private condominium of Vila dos Principes in Praia del Rey, and has access to 3 swimming pools heated from May to September. The clubhouse and practice area are only a few minutes walking.

Very nicely furnished and with lots of sun light, the townhouse has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on first floor both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and access to a nice sunny balcony and the other one 2 single beds. The third bedroom is on ground floor and has a shower room next door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer.

The living/dining room is large and comfortable with high ceilings, two sofas, dining table and chairs for 6, wood burner, TV, DVD player, Wii console. Double doors leading onto patio to benefit from a wonderful area to dine outside, a built in BBQ, and large garden area for sunbathing. The property has wi-fi connection.
