Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, this 4 bedroom villa is brightly decorated with blue and orange tones that allude to the beautiful sunsets over the sea you will enjoy from the house. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course and golf lake, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

When you first enter the house, you wil find the large living and dining room, with three comfortable sofas, a large TV, a small desk, and a dining table for 6. The large windows give access to the exterior patio with outdoor dining and direct access to the pool (7,5×4,5), which can be heated with an additional payment. This area is also accessed through the kitchen, which is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and washer/dryer.

Three of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, all of them set with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and the other two share a family bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are on ground floor, all of them have 2 single beds, one of them with private bathroom and the other two share the bathroom located on hallway. You can access the exterior from two of the bedrooms.

You will find the master bedroom on the first floor, set with a double bed and with access to an ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower and to a private balcony with outdoor seating and fantastic views of the Atlantic, the golf course and lake. The spiral staircase gives direct access to the pool area.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa nicely furnished with views to golf course and sea.

Three of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor, all of  them with en-suite bathrooms, one has 2 single beds, and the other 2 have double beds, they share a nice balcony with golf views. The 3 rd bedroom has its own private balcony.

There is also a cozy living room on the 1st floor accessed from one bedroom and from the corridor, with golf views, 2 sofas and 2 wicker-chairs. This living room has very large windows giving a very bright and fresh environment to the room.

The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with flat TV, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and it has direct access to a large dining room with table and chairs for 6 and two sofas.

On the hallway you will find a service toilet .

The superb bright living-room has a very nice wooden high ceiling,  a big leather L shaped sofa, two arm chairs and a round table with four chairs, a wood-burner, LCD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet and french doors giving access to exterior patio with pool (9×4,5) – heating optional with extra payment), outside you will also find a small table with 4 chairs for a meal outside under the shade of the wooden porch.

In the lower floor you will find a open space with a pool table, a foosball table, 2 bikes and a space with an office desk. This open space has large french-doors that gives you access to an exterior ramp.

Casa Barbara is a comfortable 3 bedroom villa with views to pine trees. It has two bedrooms on ground floor, both with two single beds one of them with ensuite bathroom, the other with access to family bathroom. The spacious master bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, a closet and a private balcony with view to the pines and pool.

The large living room has a fireplace, an L shape sofa and an arm chair, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The french doors give direct access to exterior covered patio and the pool (8×4) area. The pool has the option to be heated for an extra fee.

The dining room just next to the kitchen has a dining table and chairs and opens to the barbeque area and covered patio, with outdoor seating and dining as well as the private pool area with sun loungers, where you can enjoy a meal outside and enjoy the sun.

Beautiful top-floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf, and pool views in the Vila da Praia condominium

This apartment is located within the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean, with the beach easily accessible on foot. A few steps down is the big shared pool, usually heated from May to September, with sunloungers available for the use of our guests.

This duplex has an inverted floor plan, with the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and the living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor. The first bedroom had a double bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds and access to the family batroom.  only a few minutes walking to the beach, enjoys of views of golf course and Atlantic ocean.

The living and dining room is bright and spacious, with two comfortable sofas facing the TV, and a dining table for 6 people, Through the large windows is a small balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the pool and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

In the upper floor you’ll find a rooftop terrace with a barbeque, outside dining space, and sunloungers, with a panoramic view of the ocean, the beach and the golf course, where you can enjoy a meal and beautiful sunsets. There is also access to a WC.

The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. When you first enter the house, you’ll find the beautifully decorated living and dining room, with high ceilings. In the living space, there are two very comfortable sofas surrounding the fireplace and TV. Ther’s also a DVD player, Hi-Fi, and a Playstation 2 with games. The dining space has space for 6 people. The large doors give access to the quiet exterior patio, facing the beautiful green lawns and trees, with an exterior dining table, a built-in barbeque and sunloungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and kettle. There are also insect screens fitted to windows and doors.
