The lovely view from the terrace, to the golf course and lake, is very refreshing! The living/dining room has a table that sits up to 6 people (it can be expanded from 4 to 6) and a comfortable large sofa bed, flat screen tv and free internet.
Both bedrooms have a very comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and share a bathroom with bathtub on the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, expresso machine (Nespresso Vertuo), kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen has a small exterior patio.
The large shared pool is only a few meters walking.
Villa Point Break is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 10, and is located very centrally within the Praia D’el Rey Golf & Beach resort.
The villa overlooks the fifth hole and is only a 5 minutes’ walk to the Club House, and 10 minutes’ walk to the Hotel and beach.
Set on to floors, the villa has a large living area with sofas and television, with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom.
On second floor you have the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course and with sea view.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. The villa has wi-fi, electric blinds and also underfloor heating (available for an additional fee).
Outside you will find a lovely area, with a large swimming pool (10m x 4.4m) and an outdoor jacuzzi. There is the possibility of heating both pool and jacuzzi at an additional cost.
Also a barbeque area with table and chairs for a meal outside and sun loungers to relax by the pool.
Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.
Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.
On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.
Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.

Comfortable 3 bedroom villa with pool in tranquil surroundings. This family villa offers a diverse reading collection, many DVDs, gaming and internet for your enjoyment inside. You should have a comfortable night’s rest as the villa has a King Size Swedish Duxiana luxury bed in the main bedroom and then two further bedrooms, each with twin Duxiana beds.
The living room is very cozy with television, wood burner, sofas and armchairs to accommodate comfortably 6 people. The dining area is just adjacent to it and gives access to the fully equipped kitchen.
The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved. The pool is large (10m*5m), not fenced and has the option of having the heating at an additional charge. You will find sun loungers available as well as nice swing bed to take the most of the relaxing surroundings. There is also a table and chairs for a nice meal outside.
The property offers good walking access to sandy beaches, spa relaxation and an award winning golf course.
The sandy beaches can be accessed besides the Marriott 5 star hotel by walking down steps or if you prefer more direct access there is car parking nearby offering walk on access.

Villa do Golfe is light and bright and offers contemporary, stylish interiors through out. Entering the villa you have the feeling of light and space from the double height exposed staircase. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool, covered terrace and the garden. The living and dining area is styled in shades of crisp white and vibrant reds. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living / dining area and also leads outside to the built in BBQ and the outside dining area.
Also on the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms which each has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The ground-floor bedrooms both have sliding glass doors which open on the fully enclosed and private front garden. This is a great area for children to play away from the swimming pool, or for enjoying a quiet area to relax in the sun. The ground floor bedrooms can be prepared as double beds or twin bed.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom which also has a full en-suite bathroom which offers a bath and a separate walk-in shower. From the master bedroom you can also step out to a good sized sunny terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book in the afternoon sun, and enjoying the calming views over the golf course to the countryside and hills in the distance.
Pool heating is an optional extra , charged at €140 per week.
Casa Margarida is only a short walk from the first tee, the Clubhouse restaurant and the terrace café/bar, set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Praia del Rey.
Casa Margarida is a bright cozy vacation apartment, comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, two with single beds and the master with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom on the hallway.
The living/dining room has a confortable sofa and chairs, television, internet, as well as a dining table for 6. From the living/dining room there is access to the patio, where you will find a table and chairs for outside dining, a portable barbeque and two sun beds. The large swimming pool only a few meters away, is in the center of this nice condominium and is usually heated from May to September. The gardens are very colorful and well-kept.
