Villa dos Pinhos is a large, contemporary style villa set in a peaceful location surrounded with pine trees. The villa is a short walk from the natural tranquillity of Obidos Lagoon, close to pristine beaches and easy access to four world class golf resorts.

The villa is bright and fresh with large windows that allow natural light to flood in and make the most of the calming views of trees around the property. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are on the ground floor and two double bedrooms are on the first floor. Designed to offer flexible living, the villa has two kitchens and open plan living areas on both the ground floor and the first floor, making it an ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas.

Villa dos Pinhos has a large fully enclosed garden. Off the ground floor living area, there is outside dining with a barbecue and steps that lead up to the pool area which features an infinity edge allowing water to cascade down. The pool can be heated on request.

A sunny large terrace on the upper level offers space for relaxing, overlooking the pool on one side and the Obidos Lagoon on the other. There is a large covered off-street parking available at the front of the villa.

The villa is in a quiet, residential area, just a short 5min walk to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at various nearby water sports schools.

Bom Sucesso and Rei Cortiço beaches are a short 5min drive away. For Golfers, the villa is just 5min from both Royal Obidos Golf and Westcliffs Golf courses, 10min from Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf and 15min from Praia d’El Rey Golf.

Several restaurants are within a 3km radius. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is also a fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach additional beach bars and restaurants at Foz.

Finally, the market spa town of Caldas da Rainha, the magical, medieval walled town of Obidos and Peniche are all less than 30min away.

This is a lovely, bright 3 bedroom townhouse at Praia del Rey with contemporary, stylish furnishings and set in a peaceful location within the resort surrounded by gardens and golf course. There are two secluded balconies, one at the front and one at the back perfect for relaxing in the sun. A large swimming pool is a short walk away.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, both with spacious ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom with 2 single beds is on the ground floor with a shower room just across the hall. From here French doors open out to the terrace, with built in barbeque, and surrounding lawns. The house has free WiFi and there are 3 large heated swimming pools for guests to enjoy.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. From the master bedroom French doors open out to a large balcony looking out to pinetrees. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, again with French doors opening out to the gardens, and with a shower room adjacent.

There is plenty of grass at the rear of this house for children’s games and it is a short stroll through the gardens to one of the three swimming pools.

Casa da Isla is located within Vila dos Principes, a prestigious gated community within Praia D’el Rey Resort. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range, the Clubhouse, The Marriott Hotel and te Kids’ Club are all moments away. The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.

Villa Margarida is a luxury villa in Praia del Rey sleeping 8 to 9 people with 3 king size doubles, 1 twin and an additional pull out bed, all with en suite bathrooms. This majestic pink villa stands in a large plot and has lovely views across the Praia del Rey golf course to the ocean. There is a large swimming pool with decking around and a good-sized garden. It’s only a gentle 5-minute stroll to the wonderful sandy beach. The view from the terrace off the master bedroom is sensational and provides another location for relaxing in the sun.

Entering the house, the feeling of light and space is impressive and furnishings are contemporary yet comfortable. The huge living room has comfortable seating for 8 to 10 people and an extending dining table currently seating 8. The large flat screen TV receives UK digital channels as well as the cable TV of the resort with many European channels, plus there is a DVD player. French doors lead out to the swimming pool and you also have a table tennis set up as well.

Walking through the dining area to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with Bosch equipment – who wouldn’t want to cook dinner with that gorgeous view! A separate utility room next to the kitchen has the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Villa Margarida also has a half size snooker table and free WiFi. The Clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and terrace is a short walk away as is the 1st tee the driving range and practice range, and the children’s playground.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and each with french doors that open out to the terrace. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has french doors which open out to a large balcony with views over the golf course, taking in the spire of the Marriott Hotel and with the ocean in the distance. There is also a ‘secret’ terrace, well screened to ensure it is a real sun trap.

Casa do Golf is located a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the beach and the Marriott Hotel making this an ideal choice if you are planning or attending a wedding at the Marriott Hotel. The clubhouse and the 1st tee are less than a 10 minute walk away.

The garden and specifically, the boundary with the golf course is left very natural. At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting either side.

Aldeia Portucale comprises 36 two and three-bedroom apartments located between the clubhouse and the driving range and within 10 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach. All the apartments here benefit from Wi-Fi and have lovely views over the landscaped gardens towards the first fairway. There is a large pool with a separate children’s pool which is heated from May until the end of September. There are communal barbeques within the gardens for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking immediately in front of Aldeia Portucale and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.
Although these apartments are under contract from May to October there are sometimes vacancies, so please email to check the availability if you would like to book this during the summer.
