This 2 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools. Casa d’el Rey has a private terrace leading to the lawn before you reach the large swimming pool, with majestic palm trees framing its view.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious living room with double patio doors that open out onto the terrace, from which you can easily watch the children in the pool. The living and dining room has two comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table for 6 people.

The villa is nicely decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. A beautiful landscaped garden circles the property, with green bushes, lawns and small trees, giving you privacy while enjoying the private pool (which can be heated, requiring an additional payment). There is also private off-street parking available.

The living room is bright and stylishly decorated, with two large comfortable sofas and two armchairs surrounding the TV and woodburner. The dining area just beside it has seating for 6 people. Large french doors give access to the terrace with a built-in barbeque, outside dining and lounge area facing the pool. There are sunloungers available for the use of the guests. The garden surrounding the property is larger than average, making it a perfect spaces for families with children.

The kitchen is modern and sunny, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. You can also access the exterior through a door in the kitchen.

This lovely second-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance, in Aldeia das Caravelas, with access to a shared pool and adjoining toddler pool, centrally positioned within the beautifully laid out gardens and supplied with sun loungers. The pool is heated from May until September.

The spacious living/dining room with fireplace has one very comfortable sofa and two large arm chairs surrounding a fireplace and flat screen TV. The dining table seats six people. 3 bedroom villa with private pool, set on a quiet location

Casa Barbara is a comfortable 3 bedroom villa with views to pine trees. It has two bedrooms on ground floor, both with two single beds one of them with ensuite bathroom, the other with access to family bathroom. The spacious master bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, a closet and a private balcony with view to the pines and pool.

The large living room has a fireplace, an L shape sofa and an arm chair, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The french doors give direct access to exterior covered patio and the pool (8×4) area. The pool has the option to be heated for an extra fee.

The dining room just next to the kitchen has a dining table and chairs and opens to the barbeque area and covered patio, with outdoor seating and dining as well as the private pool area with sun loungers, where you can enjoy a meal outside and enjoy the sun.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.

The villa has underfloor heating on the ground floor and air conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom.

Aldeia das Descobertas is a cluster of villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.
