There is also private off-street parking available.

The living room is bright and stylishly decorated, with two large comfortable sofas and two armchairs surrounding the TV and woodburner. The dining area just beside it has seating for 6 people. Large french doors give access to the terrace with a built-in barbeque, outside dining and lounge area facing the pool. There are sunloungers available for the use of the guests. The garden surrounding the property is larger than average, making it a perfect spaces for families with children.

The living room is very spacious and bright, opening out onto the pool and garden. There are two comfortable sofas and armchairs surrounding the fireplace and TV, and the vintage style makes it a cozy space to relax indoors. Behind the living space is the semi-separated dining area, with a large table for 10 people, and access to the outdoor space.

Vivenda Corbel is a very spacious one floor villa, perfect for large families, situated on a large fenced property between the Bom Sucesso Resort, Royal Óidos, Westcliffs  and Praia D’El Rey golf courses, and close to Óbidos lagoon.

When you first enter the property, a long stone path takes you to the entrance of the house, with beautiful landscaped bushes and trees framing the front door. Entering the house, you’ll find the kitchen on your right, a long hallway leading to the bedrooms and the large open living and dining room on your left.

The house is decorated in a vintage style, giving it a very cozy feel while being very spacious. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and armchairs facing the TV and fireplace, as well as a separate lounge area and cozy book nook. The dining area has a very large table for 8 people, with french doors leading to the patio with outdoor dining and a built-in barbeque under a pergola framed by bougainvillea trees, overlooking the saltwater pool (11×6) and large garden.

4 bedroom villa with private pool and views to the Atlantic and golf course, set in quiet location

Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, this 4 bedroom villa is very spacious and stylishly decorated. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course and golf lake, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

When you first enter the house you will find the dining area, with space for 8 people. A few steps down is the sunk-in living room, with a large L-shaped sofa facing the TV and fireplace. The french doors all around the living and dining room allow the sunlight to come in, and give access to the exterior patio with a barbeque area and outdoor dining and lounge area facing the pool. The pool can be heated through extra payment, and there are sunloungers available for the use of the guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. Through the kitchen you can also access the exterior patio.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy the beautiful views to the golf course and the sea. The master bedroom has a private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and views. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have access to the exterior front patio.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.
