Villa dos Pinhos is a large, contemporary style villa set in a peaceful location surrounded with pine trees. The villa is a short walk from the natural tranquillity of Obidos Lagoon, close to pristine beaches and easy access to four world class golf resorts.

The villa is bright and fresh with large windows that allow natural light to flood in and make the most of the calming views of trees around the property. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are on the ground floor and two double bedrooms are on the first floor. Designed to offer flexible living, the villa has two kitchens and open plan living areas on both the ground floor and the first floor, making it an ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas.

Villa dos Pinhos has a large fully enclosed garden. Off the ground floor living area, there is outside dining with a barbecue and steps that lead up to the pool area which features an infinity edge allowing water to cascade down. The pool can be heated on request.

A sunny large terrace on the upper level offers space for relaxing, overlooking the pool on one side and the Obidos Lagoon on the other. There is a large covered off-street parking available at the front of the villa.

The villa is in a quiet, residential area, just a short 5min walk to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at various nearby water sports schools.

Bom Sucesso and Rei Cortiço beaches are a short 5min drive away. For Golfers, the villa is just 5min from both Royal Obidos Golf and Westcliffs Golf courses, 10min from Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf and 15min from Praia d’El Rey Golf.

Several restaurants are within a 3km radius. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is also a fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach additional beach bars and restaurants at Foz.

Finally, the market spa town of Caldas da Rainha, the magical, medieval walled town of Obidos and Peniche are all less than 30min away.

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have French doors with Juliette balconies to make the most of the stunning views and the silver coast sunshine. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom also on the first floor. The ground floor has as WC.

Entering the villa brings you into a large open plan living and dining area with views through 2 sets of french doors to the swimming pool beyond. Bright and attractively furnished in shades of cream and orange the living room is comfortably furnished with 2 soft leather sofas and a flat screen television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need during your stay including washer / dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with french doors which open out to the pool and garden. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.

Upstairs a large balcony runs along the length of the villa looking down to the swimming pool and garden and is a great spot for relaxing in the sunshine. A large double bedroom furnished in shades of aqua opens out to the balcony through a large set of french doors. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom with a double bed also opens out to the large balcony through french doors. The bedroom is attractively furnished in shades of chocolate and pale pink and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The added bonus at Vila Branca is a second living room with 2 sofas, a second television and a table tennis table. The fourth bedroom is off the second living room and has 2 single beds. This bedroom also has an additional single bed which can be used if needed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to this bedroom.

Outside there are 8 sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!

Vila Branca is located in a quiet area of Praia del Rey. The Tennis Centre, Club House terrace and restaurant, First Tee and driving range are all around a 10 minutes walk; the sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott hotel with Spa, gym and restaurants is around a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by car.

A beautiful bright and vibrant villa ideal for a family holiday or group of friends looking to enjoy all this area of Portugal has to offer. The ground floor in Villa Vita has an open plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, each with direct access to the surrounding private garden and swimming pool (which can be heated on request) and private off-street parking. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a utility room and guest bathroom. On the first floor is the large master bedroom and second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and both opening out to a private terrace that has the sun all day. Villa Vita also offers free WiFi.

On entering the villa you come into a spacious entrance hall. In front of you is the living and dining room furnished with accent shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living / dining room 3 sets of french doors take you outside to the pool and the garden. There is a large lawn area to each side of the villa, plus a large terrace, built in barbecue and outside dining seating 6.

One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern in style and a separate utility room has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs you have a twin bedroom furnished in crisp white and navy blue. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are french doors that take you out to a large sunny terrace. The terrace is also accessible from the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and also an en-suite bathroom.

The villa will typically be prepared with a double bed on the ground floor, twin beds on the first floor and a king size bed in the master bedroom. If required, the king size bed can be divided in to 2 single beds. The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double bed so there is very flexible accommodation available here.

The bright, spacious apartment is comfortably furnished, with 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, the other two, each with two single beds sharing a bathroom on hallway.

The living/dining room have french doors opening to the patio with table and chairs for a meal outside and sunloungers to seat around the pool area.
