The villa overlooks the fifth hole and is only a 5 minutes’ walk to the Club House, and 10 minutes’ walk to the Hotel and beach.

Set on to floors, the villa has a large living area with sofas and television, with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom.

On second floor you have the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course and with sea view.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. The villa has wi-fi, electric blinds and also underfloor heating (available for an additional fee).

Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.

Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.
