This lovely first-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance and tennis courts and just a short walk from the golf club-house and restaurant.

Dom Sebastiao Apartment 10A is a beautiful three-bedroom ground floor apartment, nicely furnished, with large French doors opening out onto gardens and the swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, television and a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms, each with twin beds and wardrobes, share a second bathroom also with bathtub. The apartment is bright and spacious. The living room has two nice and comfortable sofas, as well as an armchair. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 and a small desk in case you need to work/study. From the living room 2 sets of french doors open out to a terrace with outside furniture, so you can enjoy a meal, a drink or simply relax outside.

Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.

Adamastor Villa I and II are two 3 bedroom villas which can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests, or individually to accommodate 6 guests. The villas share a garden and a swimming pool, but each are equipped for independent living.
Each villa is furnished in the same contemporary style with fresh colours and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with french doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs at each villa there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also an open plan kitchen / living room upstairs at each villa so this property is really ideal for a large group with plenty of space for everyone.
Outside the pool is situated in front of Villa II. Each villa has a terrace and outside dining for 6. The tables can be put together to allow a group of 12 to dine together, or kept separate if preferred. There is also a firepit in the garden as well that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Casa do Lago is furnished in a contemporary style without sacrificing comfort. Bright and sunny, this villa would be the perfect choice if you are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday. The enclosed terrace at the back of the property looks over the gardens and pine trees and there is a large, shared swimming pool a short walk away.
Entering Casa do Lago brings you in to a wide entrance hall. On the left you have the master bedroom styled in contemporary shades of apple green and crisp white, with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side of the hall you have a twin bedroom. Here there is also an ensuite shower. The apartment has been designed for guests who may be less mobile or in a wheel chair and this shower has a shower chair that can used making it suitable for those with reduced mobility. The wardrobe also has a clever adaption to enable the top rail to be brought down, again useful for those who are less mobile.
