Villa Point Break is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 10, and is located very centrally within the Praia D’el Rey Golf & Beach resort.
The villa overlooks the fifth hole and is only a 5 minutes’ walk to the Club House, and 10 minutes’ walk to the Hotel and beach.
Set on to floors, the villa has a large living area with sofas and television, with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom.
On second floor you have the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course and with sea view.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. The villa has wi-fi, electric blinds and also underfloor heating (available for an additional fee).
Outside you will find a lovely area, with a large swimming pool (10m x 4.4m) and an outdoor jacuzzi. There is the possibility of heating both pool and jacuzzi at an additional cost.
Also a barbeque area with table and chairs for a meal outside and sun loungers to relax by the pool.
Casa de Boa Reunião, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, is situated a few meters behind the Clubhouse in a very nice condominium, Burgo Dom João I.
The property is set in 3 levels. On ground floor, you will find the large living/dining room, with a sofa seating confortably 6 persons, TV, 2 armchairs, a dining table with chairs for 6. The large doors give access to a nice sunny terrace, with a table and chairs for a meal outside while enjoying the very nice, shared garden and pool. You also have a barbeque and 2 sunloungers. Wi-fi is available.
The open plan kitchen is completely equiped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, expresso machine, kettle, toaster. There is also a small yard accessed by the kitchen. The washing machine is on the entrance level at the laundry room.
There are 2 bedrooms on 1st floor: the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms share the nice sunny balcony overlooking the garden and pool. A few steps up you will find the third bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower.
This lovely first-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance and tennis courts and just a short walk from the golf club-house and restaurant.
The spacious living/dining room has one very comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, flat screen TV, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi Internet, dining table and chairs for 6. Large doors in both sides give access to balconies with exterior tables, sharing the chairs for a nice meal outside.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable twin bed pulled together, a large wardrobe with generous storage provision and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower at the corridor.

A bright, stylish ground floor apartment opening out onto the lovely shared garden and swimming pool. Dom Sebastiao Apartment 10A is a beautiful three-bedroom ground floor apartment, nicely furnished, with large French doors opening out onto gardens and the swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, television and a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms, each with twin beds and wardrobes, share a second bathroom also with bathtub. The apartment is bright and spacious. The living room has two nice and comfortable sofas, as well as an armchair. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 and a small desk in case you need to work/study. From the living room 2 sets of french doors open out to a terrace with outside furniture, so you can enjoy a meal, a drink or simply relax outside.
The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster.
Just across the lawn is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, easily possible for parents to keep an eye on the children from the terrace.
Dom Sebastião is a cluster of apartments and townhouses within Praia D’El Rey, set around one large swimming pool and within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns. The Tennis club is a couple of minutes’ walk away; the Club House and the first tee are around 10 minutes on foot.
Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.
Adamastor Villa I and II are two 3 bedroom villas which can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests, or individually to accommodate 6 guests. The villas share a garden and a swimming pool, but each are equipped for independent living.
Each villa is furnished in the same contemporary style with fresh colours and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with french doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs at each villa there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also an open plan kitchen / living room upstairs at each villa so this property is really ideal for a large group with plenty of space for everyone.
Outside the pool is situated in front of Villa II. Each villa has a terrace and outside dining for 6. The tables can be put together to allow a group of 12 to dine together, or kept separate if preferred. There is also a firepit in the garden as well that guests are welcome to use during their stay.
Both the villas are furnished in a fresh, contemporary style with large windows to flood the rooms with natural light and they are the ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas. There is a bathroom on each floor and there is a barbecue at each property. Parking is available on the quiet street in front of the property and there is free WiFi.
Adamastor Villas are located in a quiet, residential area primarily of other villas, and they are a short walk down to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at the various sailing schools. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach the beach bars and restaurants at Foz.

The entrance brings you into the large open plan living and dining room. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range, the Clubhouse restaurant and bar and the children’s playground are all moments away. The kid’s club and the Marriott Hotel are a 5 minute walk and beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
This bright first floor two bedroom 35 Portucale Praia del Rey Apartment is ideally placed for the first tee and the golf practice range, making it a great choice for golfers and golfing families. Each bedroom has a large balcony with the twin room enjoying the morning sun and the master bedroom catching the evening sun. There is a large family bathroom and a separate shower room.
Aldeia Portucale comprises 36 two and three-bedroom apartments located between the clubhouse and the driving range and within 10 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach. All the apartments here benefit from Wi-Fi and have lovely views over the landscaped gardens towards the first fairway. There is a large pool with a separate children’s pool which is heated from May until the end of September. There are communal barbeques within the gardens for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking immediately in front of Aldeia Portucale and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge. Although these apartments are under contract from May to October there are sometimes vacancies, so please email to check the availability if you would like to book this during the summer.
Casa do Lago is furnished in a contemporary style without sacrificing comfort. Bright and sunny, this villa would be the perfect choice if you are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday. The enclosed terrace at the back of the property looks over the gardens and pine trees and there is a large, shared swimming pool a short walk away.
Entering Casa do Lago brings you in to a wide entrance hall. On the left you have the master bedroom styled in contemporary shades of apple green and crisp white, with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side of the hall you have a twin bedroom. Here there is also an ensuite shower. The apartment has been designed for guests who may be less mobile or in a wheel chair and this shower has a shower chair that can used making it suitable for those with reduced mobility. The wardrobe also has a clever adaption to enable the top rail to be brought down, again useful for those who are less mobile.
The large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen is bright and sunny with views over the garden to the forest. There is a dining area with built in seating and a well equipped fully fitted contemporary kitchen which also has a separate utility room housing a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. From the living room french doors take you to the terrace which has been enclosed in glass making it the perfect spot to enjoy the outside even on cooler days. For the summer though there is outside dining and sunloungers and a large expanse of lawn on which to relax in the sun. A short walk on the cobbled path takes you around to the large shared swimming pool where there is also a large, built in Barbecue for guests to make use of.
Throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area there is underfloor heating and there is also a wood-burning stove so this apartment is an ideal choice for mid-season and winter holidays. Casa do Lago also has free WiFi and international cable television channels.
