Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.
On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.
Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.
Casa de Boa Reunião, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, is situated a few meters behind the Clubhouse in a very nice condominium, Burgo Dom João I.
The property is set in 3 levels. On ground floor, you will find the large living/dining room, with a sofa seating confortably 6 persons, TV, 2 armchairs, a dining table with chairs for 6. The large doors give access to a nice sunny terrace, with a table and chairs for a meal outside while enjoying the very nice, shared garden and pool. You also have a barbeque and 2 sunloungers. Wi-fi is available.
The open plan kitchen is completely equiped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, expresso machine, kettle, toaster. There is also a small yard accessed by the kitchen. The washing machine is on the entrance level at the laundry room.
There are 2 bedrooms on 1st floor: the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms share the nice sunny balcony overlooking the garden and pool. A few steps up you will find the third bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower.
The Magonlia Villa is a very nice 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool located near the tennis courts.
The villa is completely furnished offering you all you need for your stay. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs, a TV, a woodburner, a glass dining table and chairs sitting confortably 8 persons. From the dining area you will access the kicthen, completely refurbished and equipped with: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, expresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Two of the bedroom are also on ground floor, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower on hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to exterior patios.
The other two bedrooms are on first floor, the master one, with double bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and small terrace overlooking the pool, and the the fourth bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and small terrace.
Outside you will find a lovely garden with private pool. Exterior table and chairs are available for a meal outside as will as cahirs and sunloungers to be able to enjoy the afternoons with the family!
This lovely first-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance and tennis courts and just a short walk from the golf club-house and restaurant.

A bright, stylish ground floor apartment opening out onto the lovely shared garden and swimming pool. Dom Sebastiao Apartment 10A is a beautiful three-bedroom ground floor apartment, nicely furnished, with large French doors opening out onto gardens and the swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, television and a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms, each with twin beds and wardrobes, share a second bathroom also with bathtub. The apartment is bright and spacious. The living room has two nice and comfortable sofas, as well as an armchair. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 and a small desk in case you need to work/study. From the living room 2 sets of french doors open out to a terrace with outside furniture, so you can enjoy a meal, a drink or simply relax outside.

Dom Sebastião is a cluster of apartments and townhouses within Praia D’El Rey, set around one large swimming pool and within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns. The Tennis club is a couple of minutes’ walk away; the Club House and the first tee are around 10 minutes on foot.
Villarey Golf & Beach is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, on first floor, located in Afonso V condominium.
The condominum consists of 23 apartments and shares a lovely pool, normally heated from May to September. It is located in a very central position of the resort, and is only a few 3 minutes walking to the Clubhouse.
Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Praia D’El Rey. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one, towards the entrance of the apartment . As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms to the left side. The master bedroom, has a double bed and small desk with chair, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.
This beachfront apartment is located within the Beach Village or Vila da Praia at Praia d’el Rey. This is a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Obidos. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.
This two bedroomed apartment is nicely furnished. The living/dining area have two sets of french doors opening out onto a balcony and terrace with outside dining. The kitchen that opens directly to dining area is completly equipped.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also opens out to the balcony and a second twin bedroom has french doors overlooking rolling sand dunes and bathroom just accros the hall. The large pool a few steps down is heated from May to September.
The Beachfront plaza is just next door with a grocery store and seafood restaurant and bar, “Mare”, featuring a large terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. 10 minutes drive takes you to the Obidos Lagoon which is great for water sports, walks and bird watching and the shallow waters here are perfect for children.
