This 3 bedroom townhouse is situated within the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to three large shared swimming pools.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find the dining area, with a table seating 6. A few steps down is the sunken and very spacious living room, with two comfortable sofas and two chairs surrounding the TV and fireplace. Double doors lead onto the terrace, where you can benefit from a wonderful outside dining area, with a large garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms has two large beds (140cm), and the second one has a large bed (140cm) and a single bed (100cm).  The master bedroom is on first floor, with a double bed, large wardrobe, its own private bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a private sunny balcony.

Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with a recently built swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean.

The living room is very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and armchairs and large french doors giving access to the terrace. The separate dining room set between the living room and kitchen has a round table and seating for 8 people, facing the large windows with views to the golf course and the sea. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, two fridges/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two of the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has a double bed, private balcony and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and access to the shared balcony overlooking the golf course.

The fourth bedroom is on the basement, set with two single beds and with access to an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. This apartment is located within the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean, with the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests.

When you first enter the apartment, you’ll find a wide entrance hall. Just ahead is the living and dining room, a very spacious area with two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people. Large french doors give access to the terrace overlooking the beach, with outside dining for a meal outside.

Through the dining area you can access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

Through the hallway you’ll find the two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony; the second bedroom has 2 single beds, french doors overlooking rolling sand dunes and access to the bathroom in the hallway.

The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. Bright 2 bedroom townhouse, located in a secluded area of the Resort, with access to shared swimming pool

This 2 bedroom townhouse is minutes away from the beach, set in a secluded area of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, with peaceful surroundings overlooking the countryside and the ocean.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a wide entrance hall that leads you to a bedroom and a bathroom on the left, the living and dining room and the kitchen in front, and stairs to the upper floor on the right. The living and dining room is spacious and decorated in shades of brown, with a large comfortable sofa and two armchairs facing the fireplace and TV. The dining area has seating for 6 people. There are large french doors leading to the exterior patio with a barbeque, dining area and sunloungers.

Through the living room you can access the kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a large en-suite bathroom and two balconies off opposite sides of the room. On one side, the balcony looks over fields and countryside to the ocean and the Berlenga islands in the distance, and is a fantastic sheltered sun-trap. On the other side the balcony overlooks the large swimming pool.

The second bedroom is on the ground-floor, by the entrance, set with two single beds and a large wardrobe and access to the bathroom just next to it.

Burgo D. Afonso IV is a small cluster of townhouses set at the top of a small hill, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September). A private road leads to the houses, so there is no passing traffic. Parking spaces are available in front of each property. There is a large communal garden surrounding the pool just behind the properties.

The condominium is situated in a secluded area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about a 10 minute walk from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.

This lovely second-floor apartment is conveniently situated close to the resort entrance, in Aldeia das Caravelas, with access to a shared pool and adjoining toddler pool, centrally positioned within the beautifully laid out gardens and supplied with sun loungers. The pool is heated from May until September.

The spacious living/dining room with fireplace has one very comfortable sofa and two large arm chairs surrounding a fireplace and flat screen TV. The dining table seats six people. Large doors on both sides of the room give access to balconies decorated with greenery, each set with exterior tables, sharing the chairs for a nice meal outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a barbecue in the balcony. There you’ll also find a small table that seats 4 people, perfect for breakfast in the morning.

The living room is very spacious and bright, opening out onto the pool and garden. There are two comfortable sofas and armchairs surrounding the fireplace and TV, and the vintage style makes it a cozy space to relax indoors. Behind the living space is the semi-separated dining area, with a large table for 10 people, and access to the outdoor space.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry room, with a washer and a dryer and access to a small patio in the back.

Lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, located in Afonso V condominium, with access to a shared swimming pool

This 3 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens.

The living and dining room has french doors giving access to the shared garden and pool (heated from May to September). The living room has two very confortable sofas and one arm chair, TV and fireplace. The dining room has a large wooden table with space for 8 people. Outside you’ll find a small table with chairs as well as some sunloungers to relax by the pool.

The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It has a very practical serving hatch to the dining area and also a small private patio aside.

The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, shared the bathroom in the hallway, also with a bathtub.

Burgo D. Afonso V is a small cluster of 23 apartments, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September) and joined children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking in the front and back of the apartment buildings, and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.
