Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with a recently built swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean.

The living room is very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and armchairs and large french doors giving access to the terrace. The separate dining room set between the living room and kitchen has a round table and seating for 8 people, facing the large windows with views to the golf course and the sea. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs facing the TV and woodburner, and a glass dining table for 8 people. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, completely refurbished and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one towards the entrance of the apartment.

As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms on the left. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small desk, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

The living and dining room is nicely decorated, bright and spacious thanks to its open floor plan. The living room has two confortable sofas facing the TV and woodburner. Just behind it is the dining area, with a table for 6 people, in case you wish to invite some friends for a drink or meal.

Also open to the living and dining area, the kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, you can access aother very nice balcony with an outdoor dining space and a barbeque.

When you first enter the apartment, you’ll find a wide entrance hall. Just ahead is the living and dining room, a very spacious area with two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people. Large french doors give access to the terrace overlooking the beach, with outside dining for a meal outside.

Through the dining area you can access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with views over the countryside to the ocean, close to Baleal and Peniche

Villa Oliveira is called so because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.

There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group, so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira. The large garden makes it a perfect space for relaxing, and there is an area for private off-road parking.

There is a spacious living area with a fireplace, and an adjoining dining room with seating for 8. The large french doors in both rooms give access to the large exterior garden and outside dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast area with a TV.

The property has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all set with double beds. There are also 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed that can be made up upon request, also making great spaces for children.
