The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The three bedrooms are lovely furnished with taste and refinement, two of the bedrooms have double beds one of them has its own bathroom, and they also have access to the exterior.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The villa has yet a fourth bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom in the garage area. There is a possibility of sleeping 2 extra guests in a room near the kitchen, in a sofa-bed. There is a separate toilet near the kitchen.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse nicely decorated, is situated on the private and gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, sharing three large heated swimming pools and beautiful calm gardens. The pools are only heated from May to September.
The master bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom, on the ground floor has also two single beds and the bathroom is just next door on the hallway.
