The living room is very cozy with television, wood burner, sofas and armchairs to accommodate comfortably 6 people. The dining area is just adjacent to it and gives access to the fully equipped kitchen.
The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved. The pool is large (10m*5m), not fenced and has the option of having the heating at an additional charge. You will find sun loungers available as well as nice swing bed to take the most of the relaxing surroundings. There is also a table and chairs for a nice meal outside.
The property offers good walking access to sandy beaches, spa relaxation and an award winning golf course.
The sandy beaches can be accessed besides the Marriott 5 star hotel by walking down steps or if you prefer more direct access there is car parking nearby offering walk on access.

Casa Águas Bravas, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is a beautiful townhouse, recently refurbished and redecorated, situated a few meters from the Clubhouse in a very nice condominium, Burgo Dom João I.
The property is set in 3 levels. The ground floor, is now an open space, with a modern kitchen, dining room with table for 6 people. The living room, with a large sofa, tv and fireplace. The large doors give access to a nice sunny terrace, with a table and chairs for a meal outside while enjoying the very nice, shared garden and pool. You also have a barbeque and 2 sunloungers. The condominum consists of 23 apartments and shares a lovely pool, normally heated from May to September. It is located in a very central position of the resort, and is only a few 3 minutes walking to the Clubhouse.

The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one, towards the entrance of the apartment . As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms to the left side. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.
There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.
On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests. Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.
Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.
Villa Oliveira has free WiFi and outside there is outside dining for 8. It is less than a 10 minute drive to reach the village of Ferrel where there are some great restaurants and bars to visit. The beach and surf spots at Baleal are a couple on minutes further, and Peniche and Super Tubos and around a 15 minute drive.
Vila da Praia 462-A5 is a top floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf and pool views.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a balcony also accessible from the living area. The second bedroom by the entrance has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom on hallway, with shower.
