Outside there are 8 sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!

Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range and practice range, the Clubhouse restaurant, terrace and bar and the Children’s playground are all a short walk away. The apartment has free WiFi and the beach is around a 15 minute’s walk or less than five minutes by car.

This is a nicely decorated 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms villa with private pool, situated in a quiet area of Praia D´El Rey resort.
The villa has wi-fi connection and is fully furnished and equipped. The very bright living/dining room has 2 comfortable sofas and one armchair, television with international channels, a DVD player, dining table and chairs for 8 people. The French door windows open directly onto the pool (8×4) – (heating optional with extra payment), where you will also find a table and chairs for an outdoor meal by the pool, lounge area and sun loungers.
Both upstairs bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to private balcony with exterior sofas and a side table. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with 2 single beds and one of them with doors leading to the outer lounge area . They both share the hallway bathroom.

This 3 bedroom townhouse, located within the gated condominium of Vila dos Principes sharing 3 heated pools (May to September), is beautifully furnished.
