The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double sink. The other 3 bedrooms have a 2 double-bed and a single bedroom, with a lot of space and natural light.

The kitchen, living room and dining room, are all in an open spacious are on the ground floor. You can find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, expresso machine (Nespresso), toaster and kettle which directs you to the dining area, that has a table and chairs to accommodate 10 people.

The living room has 3 sofas that seats comfortably 8 people, Wi-Fi Internet, a TV and fireplace. The large windows surrounding the living and dining room allow natural light to enter and give access to the pool area. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers while enjoying an amazing view. The pool is heated (optional with extra payment).

In the basement there is a living space with a snooker table and a sofa bed. Outside, at the entrance of the house, you will also find a lounge area with a table and sofas, to enjoy the tranquillity of the area.

Over looking the majestic palm trees that border one edge of a large heated swimming pool, this 3 bedroom property is a great choice for a holiday on Portugal’s Silver Coast. The entrance brings you into the large open plan living and dining room. The sunken living room has three set of french doors opening out to the terrace, lawns and one of three large heated swimming pools for guests to enjoy. Three steps brings you back to the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and also opens out to the terrace ready for alfresco dining.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor sharing a family bathroom. The large master bedroom is on the first floor with French doors opening out to a sunny roof terrace. The master bedroom also have a large ensuite bathroom.

Casa da Palmeira is located within Vila dos Principes, a prestigious gated community within Praia del Rey. The kid’s club and the Marriott Hotel are a 5 minute walk and beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.

The wardrobe also has a clever adaptation that enables it to bring down the top rail which makes it accessible for wheelchair users.
