4 bedroom villa with private pool and fantastic views to the golf course and the Atlantic

Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean.

As you come inside the villa, you will find a bright entrance hall with doors opening to spacious living/dining room, with 3 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and a fireplace. The dining area has direct access to the very modern kitchen, completely equipped with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The first two bedrooms are to the left as you enter the house. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, and the second has a double bed and large windows giving access to the exterior patio. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are on first floor. The very spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. You will be able to enjoy the great view to ocean, golf course and also the lovely garden and pool. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The balcony has two comfortable chairs to enjoy the lovely views.

The lovely garden has beautiful colors all around, mixing up with the beautiful blue from the salted water swimming pool. There are several areas within the garden, one with sunloungers so you can enjoy the sun, a round table by the pool, a dining table and chairs by the barbeque for a meal outside and some sofas to relax. The pool can be heated at request and for an additional fee.

Burgo D. Afonso III is a large cluster of villas set behind the Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants, and just next to the golf course and the sandy beach. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are a couple of minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot.

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
