The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. Fantastic 4 bedroom villa with private pool, set on a very quiet area of the resort

This two-floor villa is colorfully decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool (8x4).

The very bright living and dining room has two comfortable sofas and one armchair facing the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 8 people. The large french door windows open directly onto the pool, which can be heated with an additional fee. There is a patio space with outdoor dining, perfect for a family meal by the pool, and several sun loungers for relaxing after a swim. Outside you’ll also find a lounging area and a ping-pong table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster.

Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor, both set with 2 single beds and one of them with doors leading to the outdoor lounge area. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower in the hallway. This spacious first-floor apartment is situated close to the resort entrance, in Aldeia das Caravelas, with access to a shared pool and adjoining toddler pool, centrally positioned within the beautifully laid out gardens and supplied with sun loungers. The pool is heated from May until September.

The spacious living and dining room is decorated in a light modern style, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two extra seats surrounding the fireplace and large TV. The dining area has a table with chairs for the six people. Large doors give access to the balcony, with table and chairs for a meal outisde overlooking the resort, as well as two nice chairs for a relaxing moment outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, expresso machine, kettle, toaster. It has also a table and chairs for breakfast in the mornings, and a door will lead you to the balcony.

All 3 bedrooms have large wardrobes and access to a nice balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds pushed together and the third one has two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom on the hallway.

There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment huests. There is parking immediately in front of the buildings and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, facing the driving range and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.
