When you first enter the villa, you’ll find a very wide entrance hall. Just ahead is the very comfortable living and dining room, with two large sofas facing the fireplace and TV, and a dining table for 8. Large french doors lead you to the patio, with a built in barbeque, outdoor seating and dining, and sunloungers for relaxing after a swim. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine, and there is a breakfast area with a high worktop with stools, overlooking the swimming pool.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated within Aldeia Portucale, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens.

When you first enter the apartment, you’ll find a large entrance hall. Just in front is the living and dining room, completely furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, surrounding the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6. The large french doors give direct access to the terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as sunloungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the communal garden and swimming pool. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, also set with two single beds facing the driving range.

Aldeia Portucale is a cluster of apartment buildings with 36 two and three bedroom apartments, with its own large shared pool (heated from May to September) and separate children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment huests. There is parking immediately in front of the buildings and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, facing the driving range and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The villa is nicely decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. A beautiful landscaped garden circles the property, with green bushes, lawns and small trees. The swimming pool (8×4) can be heated, requiring an additional payment.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious entrance hall that will lead you to the bright living room. The fireplace is surrounded by three leather sofas, facing the TV. Large french doors open out onto the patio, with two armchairs and a small table perfect for relaxing in the sun, overlooking the pool and garden. In the living room you’ll also find a dining area, with a table seating 8 people, with another large door that leads you to the patio, with an outdoor table with 8 chairs and a barbeque.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

On the other end of the entrance hall, you’ll find 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is set with a single bed, facing a small TV. The apartment is very stylishly furnished, with a bright open living and dining room, set with a large U-shaped sofa, a large TV with Chromecast, and a dining table for 6. The large windows will take you to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating, perfect to enjoy the fantastic sea and golf views.

The living/dining room room has two comfortable sofas and a chair, smart TV, woodburner and dining area with table and chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle,  toaster and coffe machine (filter and expresso).  From the kicthen you can access the terrace with barbqeque and table and chairs for a meal outside by the pool.

All bedrooms 2 on ground floor and 2 on first floor have bathrooms, 3 en-suite and 1 with bathroom on hallway.
