The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests. Two of the bedrooms are on 1st floor both with stunning views, and each with double beds and access to a large terrace. A very cozy sitting/living room with television is set in between the bedrooms on this floor. The third bedroom locates on the main floor of the villa also with double bed and it’s own private bathroom. The villa’s basement level features two more generous-sized bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom.

The main floor living/dining room with very comfortable sofas and dining table, has doors giving access to the exterior patio with private pool. Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.

There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.

On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests.
Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.

Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and each with french doors that open out to the terrace. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has french doors which open out to a large balcony with views over the golf course, taking in the spire of the Marriott Hotel and with the ocean in the distance. There is also a ‘secret’ terrace, well screened to ensure it is a real sun trap.

Casa do Golf is located a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the beach and the Marriott Hotel making this an ideal choice if you are planning or attending a wedding at the Marriott Hotel. The clubhouse and the 1st tee are less than a 10 minute walk away.

The garden and specifically, the boundary with the golf course is left very natural. At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting either side.
