On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs facing the TV and woodburner, and a glass dining table for 8 people. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, completely refurbished and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two of the bedroom are also on the ground floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to the exterior patios.

The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is set with a double bed, has a closet, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a small terrace overlooking the pool, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom and a small terrace.

Outside you will find a lovely garden with private pool. Exterior table and chairs are available for a meal outside as will as chairs and sunloungers to be able to enjoy the afternoons with the family!

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. Equipped with 6 sunloungers, a large parasol and outside dining for 6, Villa Berlenga at Praia del Rey is perfect for enjoying the ocean views and relaxing in the sun. The beach is a short stroll on the boardwalk through the sand dunes.

Inside the property is furnished in a comfortable but contemporary style with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have French doors with Juliette balconies to make the most of the stunning views and the silver coast sunshine. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom also on the first floor. The ground floor has as WC.

Entering the villa brings you into a large open plan living and dining area with views through 2 sets of french doors to the swimming pool beyond. Bright and attractively furnished in shades of cream and orange the living room is comfortably furnished with 2 soft leather sofas and a flat screen television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need during your stay including washer / dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with french doors which open out to the pool and garden. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.

Upstairs a large balcony runs along the length of the villa looking down to the swimming pool and garden and is a great spot for relaxing in the sunshine. A large double bedroom furnished in shades of aqua opens out to the balcony through a large set of french doors. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom with a double bed also opens out to the large balcony through french doors. The bedroom is attractively furnished in shades of chocolate and pale pink and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The added bonus at Vila Branca is a second living room with 2 sofas, a second television and a table tennis table. The fourth bedroom is off the second living room and has 2 single beds. This bedroom also has an additional single bed which can be used if needed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to this bedroom.

Outside there are 8 sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!

A beautiful bright and vibrant villa ideal for a family holiday or group of friends looking to enjoy all this area of Portugal has to offer

The ground floor in Villa Vita has an open plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, each with direct access to the surrounding private garden and swimming pool (which can be heated on request) and private off-street parking. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a utility room and guest bathroom. On the first floor is the large master bedroom and second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and both opening out to a private terrace that has the sun all day. Villa Vita also offers free WiFi.

On entering the villa you come into a spacious entrance hall. In front of you is the living and dining room furnished with accent shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living / dining room 3 sets of french doors take you outside to the pool and the garden. There is a large lawn area to each side of the villa, plus a large terrace, built in barbecue and outside dining seating 6.

One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern in style and a separate utility room has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs you have a twin bedroom furnished in crisp white and navy blue. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are french doors that take you out to a large sunny terrace. The terrace is also accessible from the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and also an en-suite bathroom.

The villa will typically be prepared with a double bed on the ground floor, twin beds on the first floor and a king size bed in the master bedroom. If required, the king size bed can be divided in to 2 single beds. The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double bed so there is very flexible accommodation available here.

Bright 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, located in Afonso V condominium, with access to shared swimming pool

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens.

The living and dining room has large french doors opening onto the patio with outdoor dining and sunloungers to seat around the pool area. The living area has two comfortable sofas facing the TV and fireplace, and the dining area just beside it has a table for 6 people. There is a very convenient hatch connecting to the kitchen, which is completely equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. An iron, iron board and hairdryer are also available.

Through the entrance hall you’ll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and the the other two are each set with two single beds, sharing a bathroom in the hallway.

There are some electronic games, pool toys and body boards available for guests’ use. The owner will also rent out his clubs at a nominal charge.

Burgo D. Afonso V is a small cluster of 23 apartments, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September) and joined children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking in the front and back of the apartment buildings, and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.

Villa Zozo, is a bright and sunny villa located at Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The villa is beautifully furnished and benefits from a larger than average garden, a private swimming pool which can be heated on request, and private off-street parking.

The villa completely furnished has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On first floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and balcony.  The second bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and wardrobe. Both bedrooms on ground floor have two single beds each, large wardrobes and share a bathroom with walk in shower on hallway. Also on hallway you find a toilet.

The living room with tv, two large sofas, two armchairs and a woodburner has doors opening to outside terrace. The dining area with a large table seating 8  opens to the very modern kitchen, completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. The property has Wi-Fi access.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
