Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.

Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.

On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.

Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.

Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, with good walking access to sandy beaches, spa relaxation and the golf course.

This family villa offers a diverse reading collection, many DVDs, gaming and internet for your enjoyment inside. The living room is very cozy with television, wood burner, sofas and armchairs to accommodate comfortably 6 people. The dining area is just adjacent to it and gives access to the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

You should have a comfortable night’s rest as the villa has a King Size Swedish Duxiana luxury bed in the main bedroom and then two further bedrooms, each with twin Duxiana beds.

The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved.  The pool is large (10m*5m), not fenced and has the option of having the heating at an additional charge. You will find sun loungers available as well as nice swing bed to take the most of the relaxing surroundings. There is also a table and chairs for a nice meal outside.

The sandy beaches can be accessed besides the Marriott 5 star hotel by walking down steps or if you prefer more direct access there is car parking nearby offering walk on access.

Entering the villa you have the feeling of light and space from the double height exposed staircase. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool, covered terrace and the garden. The living and dining area is styled in shades of crisp white and vibrant reds. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living/dining area and also leads outside to the built in BBQ and the outside dining area.

Also on the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms which each has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The ground-floor bedrooms both have sliding glass doors which open on the fully enclosed and private front garden. This is a great area for children to play away from the swimming pool (which can be heated with additional payment), or for enjoying a quiet area to relax in the sun. The ground floor bedrooms can be prepared as double beds or twin bed.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom which also has a full en-suite bathroom which offers a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Set on a quiet location with only villas around, this is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with a recently built swimming pool, with stunning views to the golf course and the ocean.

The living room is very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and armchairs and large french doors giving access to the terrace. The separate dining room set between the living room and kitchen has a round table and seating for 8 people, facing the large windows with views to the golf course and the sea. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, two fridges/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two of the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has a double bed, private balcony and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and access to the shared balcony overlooking the golf course.

This beautiful two-floor villa is warmly decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and trees surround the house, giving it a relaxing getaway feeling and allowing you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, with two very confortable sofas and two armchairs facing the TV and woodburner, and a glass dining table for 8 people. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, completely refurbished and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two of the bedroom are also on the ground floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, the other one with two single beds and access to bathroom with shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have doors giving access to the exterior patios.

The beach is a short stroll on the boardwalk through the sand dunes.

Inside, the property is furnished in a comfortable but contemporary style with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have French doors with Juliette balconies to make the most of the stunning views and the silver coast sunshine. Entering the villa brings you into a large open plan living and dining area with views through 2 sets of french doors to the swimming pool beyond. Bright and attractively furnished in shades of cream and orange the living room is comfortably furnished with 2 soft leather sofas and a flat screen television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need during your stay including washer / dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with french doors which open out to the pool and garden. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.

Upstairs a large balcony runs along the length of the villa looking down to the swimming pool and garden and is a great spot for relaxing in the sunshine. A large double bedroom furnished in shades of aqua opens out to the balcony through a large set of french doors. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom with a double bed also opens out to the large balcony through french doors. The bedroom is attractively furnished in shades of chocolate and pale pink and the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The added bonus at Vila Branca is a second living room with 2 sofas, a second television and a table tennis table. The fourth bedroom is off the second living room and has 2 single beds. This bedroom also has an additional single bed which can be used if needed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to this bedroom.

Outside there are sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!

This 3 bedroom villa is set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

On entering the villa you come into a spacious entrance hall. In front of you is the living and dining room furnished with accent shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living / dining room 3 sets of french doors take you outside to the pool and the garden. There is a large lawn area to each side of the villa, plus a large terrace, built in barbecue and outside dining seating 6.

The ground floor in Villa Vita has an open plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle,  toaster and coffe machine, with a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has direct access to the surrounding private garden and swimming pool and private off-street parking.

Also on the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a utility room and guest bathroom. On the first floor is the large master bedroom and second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and both opening out to a private terrace that has the sun all day.

The villa will typically be prepared with a double bed on the ground floor, twin beds on the first floor and a king size bed in the master bedroom. Bright 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, located in Afonso V condominium, with access to shared swimming pool

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens.

The living and dining room has large french doors opening onto the patio with outdoor dining and sunloungers to seat around the pool area. The living area has two comfortable sofas facing the TV and fireplace, and the dining area just beside it has a table for 6 people. There is a very convenient hatch connecting to the kitchen, which is completely equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. An iron, iron board and hairdryer are also available.

Through the entrance hall you’ll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and the the other two are each set with two single beds, sharing a bathroom in the hallway.

There are some electronic games, pool toys and body boards available for guests’ use. The owner will also rent out his clubs at a nominal charge.

Burgo D. Afonso V is a small cluster of 23 apartments, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September) and joined children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking in the front and back of the apartment buildings, and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.

The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the golf course, and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.
