This townhouse is located in a secluded area of the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean and the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool at only 10 meters from the door, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find the very bright living/dining room, with a large sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV, woodburner, and a dining table for 6. The french doors give access to the exterior patio with outdoor seating and sun loungers to enjoy a meal outside, the sun and the peaceful views.

The open kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The master bedroom  has a double bed, large wardrobes and its private bathroom with bath and shower, and fantastic views to the golf, Atlantic Ocean and Berlengas Island. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a bathroom with shower, on the hallway.

The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
