Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.
You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.
There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.
Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.
At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.
Villa Ocean View really has everything you need for the perfect holiday: Stunning ocean views, beautiful furnishings, private sunny roof terrace with outside dining and BBQ, and a private kidney swimming pool.
On entering the villa your come in to a large living room furnished in shades of pale grey, aqua and crisp white. Large windows look out over the ocean beyond. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Enjoy you morning coffee on the terrace, and for family meals there is a large dining area.
The master bedroom in calming shades of sand and white is flooded with natural light through a double set of french doors looking out to the ocean. There is an full ensuite bathroom and the sliding glass doors lead out to a long terrace.
There is a second double bedroom with stylish furnishings and contemporary touches. There is a twin bedroom ideal for younger guests.
Upstairs is a single bedroom and access to a large sunny roof terrace which capitalises on the breathtaking ocean views. There is a built in BBQ and outside dining for 8, the perfect location to relax over an evening meal while watching one of the spectacular sunsets the area is known for.
Outside you have a kidney shaped turquoise swimming pool surrounded by decking and sunloungers. There is a naturalistic garden and additional outside dining for 6 off the kitchen – perfect for coffee and breakfast in the sun.
Villa Ocean View at Praia d’el Rey is located a short walk from the 5* Marriott Hotel which has a number of restaurants and bars, Gym, Spa and Kid’s Club. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Villa Hibisco is a 3 bedroom townhouse furnished to a high standard, within the gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, sharing 3 heated pools.
The large and bright living/dining room with high ceiling, is nicely decorated, with two very comfortable sofas, television, a round table and chairs for 6. The open plan kitchen has been completely refurbished and is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. There is outdoor furniture for a meal outside.
Two of the bedrooms are on 1st floor, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The bedroom on ground floor can either be used as an office/sitting area, but also as a bedroom as it has a sofa bed, that can sleep comfortably two people. A bathroom with shower is right aside on hallway.
The shared pools, which are heated from May to September, are only a few steps away.
Adamastor Villa I and II are two 3 bedroom villas which can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests, or individually to accommodate 6 guests. The villas share a garden and a swimming pool, but each are equipped for independent living.
Each villa is furnished in the same contemporary style with fresh colours and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with french doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs at each villa there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Outside the pool is situated in front of Villa II. Each villa has a terrace and outside dining for 6. The tables can be put together to allow a group of 12 to dine together, or kept separate if preferred. There is also a firepit in the garden as well that guests are welcome to use during their stay.
Both the villas are furnished in a fresh, contemporary style with large windows to flood the rooms with natural light and they are the ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas. There is a bathroom on each floor and there is a barbecue at each property. Parking is available on the quiet street in front of the property and there is free WiFi.
Adamastor Villas are located in a quiet, residential area primarily of other villas, and they are a short walk down to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at the various sailing schools. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach the beach bars and restaurants at Foz.
