Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one towards the entrance of the apartment.

As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms on the left. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small desk, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

The living and dining room is nicely decorated, bright and spacious thanks to its open floor plan. The living room has two confortable sofas facing the TV and woodburner. Just behind it is the dining area, with a table for 6 people, in case you wish to invite some friends for a drink or meal.

Also open to the living and dining area, the kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, you can access aother very nice balcony with an outdoor dining space and a barbeque.

Burgo D. Afonso V is a small cluster of 23 apartments, with its own large shared pool (normally heated from May to September) and joined children’s pool. There is parking in the front and back of the apartment buildings, and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.
