Spacious 4 bedroom villa with private pool, set in a quiet location with views to the golf course and sea

Set in a quiet location with only villas around, this is a nicely furnished 4 bedroom villa. A beautiful landscaped garden circles the property, with green bushes, lawns and palm trees, giving you privacy while enjoying the private pool (which can be heated, requiring an additional payment). There is parking available in front of the house.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a very wide entrance hall, with the kitchen and dining room on your left, the living room in front, and a service toilet, the stairs to the upper and lower levels, and a bedroom on your right.

The kitchen is fully equipped with flat TV, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, and it has direct access to a large dining room with table and chairs for 6 and two sofas.
The superb bright living-room has a very nice wooden high ceiling, a big leather L-shaped sofa, two arm chairs and a round table with four chairs, a wood-burner, LCD TV, DVD player. The large french doors give access to the exterior patio where you’ll find a small table for a meal outside under the shade of the wooden porch, facing the pool (9×4,5).

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, set with a double bed and access to an ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, all of them with ensuite bathrooms. One has 2 single beds, and the other two have double beds, sharing a nice balcony with golf views. From one of the bedrooms you can access a cozy sunroom with two comfortable sofas and chairs, with beautiful golf views.

In the lower floor you will find an open space with a pool table, a foosball table, 2 bikes and a space with an office desk. This open space has large french-doors that gives you access to an exterior ramp.

Aldeia D. Pedro I is a small cluster of villas on the main road of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The condominium is situated next to the golf course, and located at about 400 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.

Visit Portugal’s West Coast

This property is an excelent choice for your family holidays or group of friends looking to enjoy Portugal’s Silver Coast. The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. In Óbidos you can also find the medieval village and castle, with a neautiful panoramic view of the surrounding areas and nature, and with festivals and cultural events all year round.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
