Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort where you can easily take a walk to the Beachfront, this is a spacious 4 bedroom villa decorated in a modern style. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course and golf lake, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

The living and dining room and the kitchen are organized in an open floor plan, with the dining room for 10 people enjoying high ceilings and lots of big windows that let plenty of sunlight in. The living room has 3 sofas with seating for 8 people, facing the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. The windows surrounding the living and dining area give access to the the large exterior patio, with a lounge area facing the pool, perfect for relaxing on the sunloungers while enjoying the amazing views. The pool can be heated with additional payment.

This family villa offers a diverse reading collection, many DVDs, gaming and internet for your enjoyment inside. The living room is very cozy with television, wood burner, sofas and armchairs to accommodate comfortably 6 people. The dining area is just adjacent to it and gives access to the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

You should have a comfortable night’s rest as the villa has a King Size Swedish Duxiana luxury bed in the main bedroom and then two further bedrooms, each with twin Duxiana beds.

The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved.  The pool is large (10m*5m), not fenced and has the option of having the heating at an additional charge. Entering the villa you have the feeling of light and space from the double height exposed staircase. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool, covered terrace and the garden. The living and dining area is styled in shades of crisp white and vibrant reds. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living/dining area and also leads outside to the built in BBQ and the outside dining area.

Also on the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms which each has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. When you first enter the house, you’ll find the dining area, with a table seating 6. A few steps down is the sunken and very spacious living room, with two comfortable sofas and two chairs surrounding the TV and fireplace. Double doors lead onto the terrace, where you can benefit from a wonderful outside dining area, with a large garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom with bathtub. Fantastic 4 bedroom villa with private pool, set on a very quiet area of the resort

This two-floor villa is colorfully decorated, set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool (8x4).

The very bright living and dining room has two comfortable sofas and one armchair facing the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 8 people. The large french door windows open directly onto the pool, which can be heated with an additional fee. There is a patio space with outdoor dining, perfect for a family meal by the pool, and several sun loungers for relaxing after a swim. Outside you’ll also find a lounging area and a ping-pong table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster.

Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor, both set with 2 single beds and one of them with doors leading to the outdoor lounge area. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower in the hallway. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, both set with double beds and with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private balcony with exterior sofas.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.
