The bright, spacious apartment is comfortably furnished, with 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, the other two, each with two single beds sharing a bathroom on hallway.

The living/dining room have french doors opening to the patio with table and chairs for a meal outside and sunloungers to seat around the pool area. The living room has two comfortable sofas, flat tv and the dining area with table and 6 chairs. There is a very convenient hatch connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The large swimming pool in the center of this cozy condominium is normally heated from May to September. The gardens are very colorful and well maintained.

Villa Zozo, is a bright and sunny villa located at Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The villa is beautifully furnished and benefits from a larger than average garden, a private swimming pool which can be heated on request, and private off-street parking.

The villa completely furnished has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On first floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and balcony.  The second bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and wardrobe. Both bedrooms on ground floor have two single beds each, large wardrobes and share a bathroom with walk in shower on hallway. Also on hallway you find a toilet.

The living room with tv, two large sofas, two armchairs and a woodburner has doors opening to outside terrace. The dining area with a large table seating 8  opens to the very modern kitchen, completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. The property has Wi-Fi access.

Outside there is a nice sets of sofas, sun loungers, outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge of €140 per week. The garden is quite large and has some fruit trees on the side by kicthen door.
