This 2 bedroom apartment is situated within Burgo D. Afonso V, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one towards the entrance of the apartment.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find a spacious entrance hall. The cozy living and dining room is completely furnished with two comfortable sofas, facing the TV and fireplace, and a round table for 4 people. The french doors give direct access to three sunny terraces with pool view, one with outdoor dining and the other with sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

This townhouse is located in a secluded area of the Beach Village, with beautiful views of the ocean and the beach easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross. There is also a big shared pool at only 10 meters from the door, usually heated from May to September, available for the use of our guests.

When you first enter the house, you’ll find the very bright living/dining room, with a large sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV, woodburner, and a dining table for 6. The french doors give access to the exterior patio with outdoor seating and sun loungers to enjoy a meal outside, the sun and the peaceful views.

On the first floor you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and acess to a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, perfect for sunbathing.

Aldeia D. Fernando is a cluster of well-kept villas situated near the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 5 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

The Resort is located close to the Óbidos lagoon, with calm waters, sports activities and a restaurant nearby. Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. Peniche is also known for its quality fish and seafood, for its restaurants and for its handcrafted goods. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.
