The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a queen-size (double) bed, 43” flatscreen Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and has an ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the pool and kitchen.

The villa’s spacious, open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, combining a sleek, high-end kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen, with black cabinetry and white countertops, is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dual-temperature wine fridge, and a MoccaMaster ground coffee machine with an Aerolatte milk frother for that perfect cappuccino. Villa Point Break is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 10, and is located very centrally within the Praia D’el Rey Golf & Beach resort. The villa overlooks the fifth hole and is only a 5 minutes’ walk to the Club House, and 10 minutes’ walk to the Hotel and beach.

You’ll find a very spacious living area with multiple sofas and armchairs, a TV and a fireplace, with large french windows that lead you to the outdoor patio and pool area. There’s a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board.

On the ground floor you will also find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course and with sea view.

Outside you will find a lovely area, with a large swimming pool (10m x 4.4m) and an outdoor jacuzzi. There is the possibility of heating both pool and jacuzzi at an additional cost. The patio has a built-in barbeque and outdoor dining space, and sun loungers to relax by the pool.

The villa has wi-fi, electric blinds and also underfloor heating (available for an additional fee).

Aldeia D. Pedro I is a small cluster of villas on the main road of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The condominium is situated next to the golf course, and located at about 400 meters from the Club House and the first tee. Amazing 5 bedroom villa with private pool and garden facing the ocean in the Vila da Praia condominium

Moments from the beach and designed to make the most of the spectacular view, the Beach House at Praia Del Rey is the perfect holiday home. This Portugal beach villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and in addition, there is also a sofa bed, fine for children or extra guests.

Contemporary in design and furnished in a Scandinavian style, this Portugal beach villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. On first floor you will find the huge split level living and dining room has enormous picture windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing panorama. There are ample sofas and a log burning stove and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double fridge-freezer and all the usual appliances. The master bedroom also on this floor, with ensuite shower room, has fabulous views across the ocean.

On ground floor you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows giving direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double bed, so are suitable for couples or people sharing. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on hallway with shower, the third one has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has access to the bathroom on hallway as you walk to the ground floor kitchen with a sofá bed, which can accomodate extra 2 people.

Leading from the open plan kitchen is a wide terrace for outside dining with a built-in barbeque. There are several more terraces – including one on the roof – and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a specially built ‘outside room’, shady and peaceful, yet with the same wonderful view – a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16 metre pool is great for the serious swimmer, as well as for playing.

Entering the villa you have the feeling of light and space from the double height exposed staircase. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool, covered terrace and the garden. The living and dining area is styled in shades of crisp white and vibrant reds. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living/dining area and also leads outside to the built in BBQ and the outside dining area.

Also on the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms which each has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The ground-floor bedrooms both have sliding glass doors which open on the fully enclosed and private front garden. This is a great area for children to play away from the swimming pool (which can be heated with additional payment), or for enjoying a quiet area to relax in the sun. When you first enter the house, you’ll find the dining area, with a table seating 6. A few steps down is the sunken and very spacious living room, with two comfortable sofas and two chairs surrounding the TV and fireplace. Double doors lead onto the terrace, where you can benefit from a wonderful outside dining area, with a large garden.

Further away, at a 45 minute distance, you can also visit the fishermen village of Nazaré, also known worldwide for its giant 5 plus meter waves and surfing spots. You’ll find an amazing beach right in the city centre, lovely and typical architecture all along with the handicraft products and famous cuisine served is various restaurants. You can continue onto the city of Caldas da Rainha, and admire its beautiful architecture and nature, visit its various arts museums and get a diversified selection of fresh fruits and vegetables all year round.

At a 15 to 20 minute drive away are the beautiful golden thin sand beaches in Baleal and Peniche, with clear waters famously known for their perfect waves for surfing. From the city, there are boat rides to the Berlengas Natural Reserve, with astonishing landscapes, diversified fauna and flora, crystalline waters and charming natural nooks.

A beautiful bright and vibrant villa ideal for a family holiday or group of friends looking to enjoy all this area of Portugal has to offer

This 3 bedroom villa is set within a quiet area of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful landscaped bushes and greenery surround the house, giving you privacy when enjoying the private swimming pool.

On entering the villa you come into a spacious entrance hall. In front of you is the living and dining room furnished with accent shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living / dining room 3 sets of french doors take you outside to the pool and the garden. There is a large lawn area to each side of the villa, plus a large terrace, built in barbecue and outside dining seating 6.

The ground floor in Villa Vita has an open plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle,  toaster and coffe machine, with a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has direct access to the surrounding private garden and swimming pool and private off-street parking.

Also on the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a utility room and guest bathroom. On the first floor is the large master bedroom and second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and both opening out to a private terrace that has the sun all day.

The villa will typically be prepared with a double bed on the ground floor, twin beds on the first floor and a king size bed in the master bedroom. If required, the king size bed can be divided in to 2 single beds. The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double bed so there is very flexible accommodation available here.

Pool heating if required has an additional charge per week.
